By now everyone is somewhat familiar with the dangers of smart cities and have heard about 15 minute cities. These versions of how everyone should live centers around technology and compacting humans in to small areas in order to save the planet. Supposedly. It is really about surveillance. Most people are also probably aware that these versions of how humans should live includes the importance of data collection on everything going on. Maybe much thought hasn't been given to exactly how that would work. Now, the World Economic Forum (WEF) has provided the technology that will accomplish this data gathering, surveillance contraption, the "smart lamppost". This lamppost has the capability of monitoring traffic, air quality, floods, and people. Plus, it is self powering and has the potential for offering 5G WiFi. It will even have the capacity to talk to people. In the U.S. these are already being used. A more quaint, or rather "elegant" version, is offered by Sansi. At least Sansi included the monitoring by Homeland Security, recording of activity, and its connection to the Internet of Things (IoT). It is so well built one can hardly ascertain that there is evil built into it. One thing not mentioned is just exactly where does all that gathered data go?
In Chicago a new concept is being installed, Array of Things (AoT). It "is an urban sensing project, a network of interactive, modular sensor boxes that will be installed...to collect real-time data on the city’s environment, infrastructure, and activity for research and public use." Whatever it takes to implement an effective and full surveillance system that can be applied to all cities. The World Economic Forum, through its Global Smart Cities Alliance on Technology Governance, has engaged Chattanooga, Pittsburgh, and San Jose to participate in pilot programs to develop policy roadmaps for smart cities. This policy framework can be used for implementation of smart cities more successfully and several other cities across the U.S. are involved in its network. But they never tell you exactly what or how they plan to change cites, just that it will be equitable, safe, and transparent. Smart lampposts are a given as part of a full surveillance state. Next time you take a nice morning walk, just remember to look for one of these lampposts.

WaterWorld, a magazine that is "dedicated to delivering up-to-date information on technology, products and trends in the municipal water industry", published an article written by Richard Lansdowne, on August 2, 2022 titled, Transforming a Small Town into a Major Smart City. The article covers how the town of Cary, North Carolina, through the use of technology, is becoming one of the smartest cities. What is interesting about this article is that it doesn't say anything about how this technology has improved the city. It only cites the data collection and ability to "predict" an event with that data. Did it work? The World Economic Forum has big ideas on how we should all live. Transforming a Small Town into a Major Smart City
The term "smart cities” implies a common misconception that only the biggest cities are capable of deploying advanced technologies and digital solutions. However, becoming more technically savvy and embracing smart city technology has never been more attainable than it is today. The town of Cary, North Carolina, with just over 175,000 residents, is becoming one of the smartest towns in the United States. Cary started its foray into smart technology by beginning to monitor key elements of its public infrastructure. Today, the town is a smart city with consistent data collection and analysis, and the development of smart solutions to benefit the greater good of the community. Interestingly the term “smart city” has another misconception; that a city is smart once it deploys Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to collect data. In reality, the point at which it becomes truly smart is when the sensor data is streamed into analytics wherein it enables insights and predictions to drive decisions. The Key to Unlocking Smart City Status: Insight through Data Analytics The town of Cary has been committed to invigorating the community for more than a decade. In 2007, the town enlisted the help of SAS, an analytics systems and solutions provider also based in Cary, to improve public safety and develop services within the town. As part of this collaboration, the town government used SAS’s software solutions to compile, organize and analyze data to make smarter, more actionable predictions for the benefit of the town and its residents. With new insights from an untapped wealth of data, municipal operations can run more efficiently by allowing town employees to access information they need, ahead of time, to help the town perform at a higher capacity than ever before. Originally, the town had planned this as a four-year project, but successes were seen almost immediately. This led a group of key decision makers within the town to explore expanding the project’s horizons. To add to the innovation brought by the extensive data and analytics, the town looked to cost effective and efficient IoT solutions. This was the logical next step to improve resident life, establish more sustainable practices, and lead the town of Cary to the apex of smart city innovation. By using IoT sensors — long range, low power sensors that collect data and enable analytics to provide actionable insights — IoT offers information and insight from nearly any area of Cary’s town infrastructure and community needs. Whether it’s monitoring air quality, trash can and water levels, or parking meters, IoT is helping Cary, North Carolina make smarter infrastructure decisions. But smart technologies are only as good as their deployment and ability to analyze their data. The IoT solutions provide real-time predictions that help solve specific challenges. These insights all provide better ways to monitor and safeguard the community and its resources, and help build a more sustainable city. The IoT sensors incorporate Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) connectivity, based on Semtech’s LoRa® devices, which are developed on an open, globally accepted standard for LPWAN applications. Used in IoT networks in more than 100 countries, the LoRaWAN® standard is designed to wirelessly connect battery-operated devices to the internet in regional, national or global networks. The standard targets key IoT requirements such as bi-directional communication, end-to-end security, and mobility and localization services. LoRaWAN connectivity solves many of the challenges that smart city operators face and is well suited to facilitate data collection from key applications throughout a city or town, including streams, storm drains, energy meters, street lighting, parking, condition monitoring equipment, air quality stations, waste and recycling containers, mobile asset tracking and much more. Providing Crucial Information Rain or Shine Long range, lower power IoT devices offer a unique benefit for public sector applications. They have an incredible battery life, lasting up to 10 to 20 years in some cases. The low power devices reduce maintenance needs. This allows towns to operate the devices in many areas — including those that are hard to reach — and in environments that would normally require extra maintenance and extra budget for that maintenance. Many solutions for connectivity – like Wi-Fi or cellular – can be unreliable during severe weather like hurricanes that have high winds and often flooding that knock out local infrastructure. Typically, when a building’s power goes down all connection can be lost. But long range IoT sensors connect to multiple gateways on high-points well away from any potential infrastructure damage. The result is a strong, trustworthy and resilient network connection. This type of connectivity solutions offers two-way communications and also has the ability to penetrate dense building materials to communicate in urban environments at a low operating cost, unlike Wi-Fi, which can’t operate efficiently over long distances or in remote areas. These benefits support creative city planning and development processes in everyday life as well as plans for disaster resiliency. IoT Technology Enhances Disaster Response in Wake of Flooding Smart technologies are only as good as the hands they are placed in and having these edge-to-cloud solutions are critical for driving innovation in the town of Cary. Historically, Cary has faced many challenges when it comes to storm drain water and flooding. As the town faces the realities of increased severe weather brought on by climate change, stormwater that runs off into roads, parking lots, sidewalks and buildings all pose hazards to residents and their property. IoT solutions have proven critical in alerting the town and its residents to potential instances of predicted flooding. With that, the town has been able to turn its disaster response from a reactive and manual process into a more predictive, proactive and automated response – often before a storm even hits. The approach to severe rain, which leads to rising water levels and flooding, has undergone a complete digital transformation. In fact, since deploying the new IoT solutions, the town has created a Stormwater Division that is responsible for capturing, managing and analyzing floodwater data. Sensors leveraging Semtech’s LoRa technology and SAS’s data analytics solutions allow the division to measure the water height, depth, flow and rainfall totals. This data is then uploaded to the cloud and combined with other weather models to predict the strategy for Public Works, Public Safety and Information Technology departments in the town. Planning for a Better Future As with so many projects, there is always room for progress and additional efficiencies. The town of Cary continuously collaborates with their technology partners to innovate and further define what it means to be a smart city. While weather monitoring enables the town and its residents to protect their livelihood — from personal safety to personal belongings and shelter — the town is also looking at other solutions to improve quality of life. From trash can sensors that monitor when a public bin is full, to the development of a new downtown park area, IoT sensors are becoming part of a new model of civic public service, and offers residents a town in which everyone feels comfortable and excited to be a part of. In its never ending quest to figure out how to design a city that will control the masses, the World Economic Forum has another fantasy being explored, Society 5.0. Hitachi has a nice, detailed website on what this society entails. Are any Idaho cities headed in this direction? Here is the Wikipedia article referenced in the video. Below is the video of Sam Palmisano, also referenced in the video. Idaho has been making some significant progress in advancing its status in this progressive world. Many advancements, especially by the state government, have moved Idahoans forward to meet the challenges of the 21st century. We should be proud.
Several areas can be cited for this progress. Accepting federal dollars is a favorite of Governor Little, and he accepted over $4.9 million for improving and expanding internet infrastructure for Idahoans, "Internet for All", towards advancing connectivity. As the world disconnects itself from fossil fuels and moves towards electric vehicles (EV), it demands corridors of charging stations that assist EVs on the road. Former Governor Otter entered into an agreement with seven other states to build a Regional Electric Vehicle Plan for the West that will "enhance EV adoption". The Idaho Transportation Department is also participating in this. Those being regional plans, current Governor Little has also put his hands in the mix by signing other regional agreements through the Western Governors Association. As a past chair of the Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI), Governor Little has a deep involvement with the most influential global corporations in Idaho, and most likely a commitment to the same corporate philosophies. Idaho is certainly doing well, isn't it? It must be puzzling to hear tales that some global elitist group has the power and ability to take over every aspect of our lives. After all, we have the Constitution, laws, and elected representatives that will protect us from any evil mongering plots by a bunch of bootlickers from foreign countries. No wonder so many consider them conspiracy theories. Even those who are on top of this story sometimes question their own sanity. But once the methodology is understood, it is easy to see how we are not protected from it. Our government, both at the federal and state levels, cannot protect us from this because they are part of it. Here is a brief history of how this happened. First there is the 1992 Agenda 21. To disguise its real motive, it is named Sustainable Development (SD), an action plan for the 21st century for execution at local, national, and global levels. W.J. Clinton obliged by creating the President's Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) in 1993, which effectively integrated SD principles (aka Agenda 21) into the federal government and integrated corporate, non-governmental organizations (NGO), and Tribal leaders at the table, giving them a powerful if not exclusive voice in legislative decisions. Since that time, Agenda 21 principles, rather SD, has been embedded within the federal government, which has filtered down into states through federal law. In 2015, the United Nations (UN) introduced Agenda 2030, which basically summarized Agenda 21 into 17 simple "Sustainable Development Goals". It was calculated that these goals would be achieved by 2030, fifteen years after their introduction. This is the reason we keep hearing "by 2030", and we are half way there. Four years later in 2019, the United Nations and World Economic Forum (WEF) signed a Strategic Partnership Framework "to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development " and identified "six areas of focus – financing the 2030 Agenda, climate change, health, digital cooperation, gender equality and empowerment of women, education and skills...". How many of these issues currently plague us? So now we come to the Great Reset, initiated in 2020 when Covid-19 arrived, with everything previously mentioned being nothing more than the building blocks for "sustainability" in governments and laying out the propaganda for it. So what is the Great Reset? Simply put, it is the culmination of Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 wrapped up with a neat little bow that now outlines the nuts and bolts of how this 21st Century plan is being executed by the corporate cabal. Full infiltration is found across the world. In 1971, Klaus Schwab brought global corporate leaders together as a non-profit, eventually naming it the WEF, and since that time it has expanded to include most global corporations, foundations, universities, and NGOs, creating the largest corporatist (P3) state the world has ever known. The UN had already gathered most of this cabal together through the Global Compact and World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). The WEF was just another more posh club to join. All corporations belonging to these clubs support, integrate, and implement SD in their business models. Even the current president supported it in 2016. The Great Reset foundation is the 4th Industrial Revolution (4thIR), which is the use of technologies to create a "digital world" through computers, digital and smart devices, and the internet. These technologies are used to gather data to implement SD goals. This technology provides connectivity, which is "essential to many of the sustainable development goals" and globalization. All devices will be connected to each other to gather, share, and store data. These connected devices are called the Internet of Things (IoT) as explained in this video. Artificial intelligence (AI) analyzes the data and will eventually be used to decide how we live. Implementation of IoT was advanced with the Covid-19 event through the forced use of online activity. So the 4thIR is about using technology and IoT to collect and share data, using AI to analyze it, then using that information to control everything, achieving Global Governance. Government Transformation is also very much a part of this agenda. The European Union (EU) recently unveiled its Global Gateway plan, which is basically an implementation of a worldwide infrastructure that supports connectivity, with Joe Biden as a willing partner. Agenda 21 provided the framework for embedding SD into the government, Agenda 2030 narrowed the framework into 17 sustainable development goals, and the Great Reset is the actual implementation of SD through technology. Once this is achieved fully, presumably in 2030, we will no longer have control over our lives. Control will be achieved by corporate technocrats analyzing the data collected on you, and with the use of AI, make decisions about every aspect of your life. It will be the new representative government with corporate control. WEF members Microsoft, Google, and Amazon have the most influence over the internet, giving them tremendous control over how the internet is used. A flick of a switch can change everything. Thanks to Governor Little for bringing more internet to all. Kellogg, General Mills, and Nestle, are just a few of the top cereal corporations that have the ability to make their products with insect flour, and there would be nothing you can do to change your cereal choice, or avoid being exposed to whatever else they decide to put in food. General Motors, Toyota, and Honda are three corporations moving to electric vehicles that everyone will be forced to drive. There will be no room for vehicles running on gas. Airline travel could be banned if not you are not vaccinated. Idaho is on its way to support this with its EV charging corridors. DuPont, Cargill, BASF, and Bayer are corporations that have the capability of controlling food supplies. IoT and AI can be used to determine how food is grown and where it is distributed, or what food contains. What does Governor Little have planned for "sustainable agriculture"? Perhaps his membership in the National Governors Association (NGA) will decide. Humana, CVS, UnitedHealth Group, and Pfizer are healthcare corporations that have the ability to control your health care, how treatment is given, and what treatment you will take. Think vaccines. In their cashless society vision, Visa and Mastercard might become the only charge cards available through Bank of America, Citi, or Goldman Sachs, as small banks would no longer exist. All purchases will be monitored. If other companies don't comply with Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, they won't be used and small businesses will collapse. It will be corporate control in partnership with governments and the elimination of jurisdictional boundaries between countries as the whole world will be perceived as "connected" through IoT. Building "Global Ties" is the goal of the NGA. Governor Little has the deep corporate ties in Idaho to execute this. These WEF corporations are just a few examples of how corporate control will be obtained over everyone's lives, and Governor Little's hands are all over many of its objectives. Even Sen. Risch is involved but went into hiding when discovered. How many legislators understand this threat but choose instead to advance these objectives in Idaho? Schwab himself admits the infiltration of his young global leaders into government and that we are being put through a "deep economic transformation" at the 18:55 mark. Who can stop corporations from making all the decisions? SD objectives must be taken out of Idaho. Idahoans need to start making decisions about how far they will participate in this plan. The Constitution, laws, and elected representation are just a start, but other options are nullification, exercising state sovereignty by rejecting any federal law outside of its enumerated powers, and maybe even exercising our duty to abolish. SD must be stopped, and each legislator needs education on this and how their refusal to address it is destroying Idaho. This is an interesting panel discussion "The Building Blocks of Connectivity" at Davos 2023 that centers on access to the internet and how to get everyone online. Of course they need this in order to not only gather data but to monitor, surveil and control. Trust of this system was briefly mentioned, clearly not understanding the risk is extremely high for one's surrender of privacy.
One mention was also made about putting in accessibility to health services. It wasn't to enhance anyone's health, it was to gather data on how many vaccines were being given, and the more than likely included who was receiving them. This is an excellent video that summarizes what the Great Reset is, how it is part of the United Nations Agenda 2030, and how technology is being used to implement it. Everything they discuss can be seen as happening right now.
Dr. Michael Nevradakis interviews Dr. Michael Rectenwald on Children's Health Defense, Episode 130: The Great Reset, Big Tech + 'Woke' Capitalism. Right now in Idaho, there are numerous corporate members of the Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI) that are also members of the World Economic Forum (WEF), such as Micron. These corporations practice ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) which is discussed in the video. At some point, with pressures from these corporations, small Idaho businesses will no longer exist. Stakeholder capitalism will replace capitalism as we know it, which is also discussed in the video. It literally sucks wealth from the middle class and shifts it to others and to corporate wealth. Socialism. On top of that is this shift being made to corporatism. Any sovereign state will be eliminated under these two systems. And that is what is being done to us. As the World Economic Forum (WEF) and all of its technology partners move forward to force us into its 4th Industrial Revolution (4thIR), where everything is connected together by the Internet of Things (IoT), combining IoT with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already in progress. The WEF has identified 4 key areas where AI and IoT are already being combined that "continues to transform the fundamental ways in which we live our lives and process data.", also being powered by "5G and Big Data." These areas are Wearables, Smart Home, Smart City, and Smart Industry. According to the article, connected devices "generate 1 billion GB of data" every day. Also mentioned is the amount of profits this agenda will generate for corporations.
As everyone uses any device to communicate, all the data is being collected and plugged into their algorithms for analysis and eventual control over us. As the federal government continues to pour money into states building the infrastructure for the internet, guaranteeing "access" to the internet for all, we are being edged closer to the foundation for the 4th Industrial Revolution (4thIR) that is heavily dependent on everyone being "connected" via the internet. This connection is called the Internet of Things (IoT). It is literally the world of technological devices talking to each other, sharing data on all of us, and providing the means for corporate control over our world. This video gives a short overview of what it means. As pointed out in the video these devices share the data that is collected. The "platform" is where that data is shared and stored, and as such can be analyzed. This is critical to the success of IoT and to the corporations wishing to run the world.
Just one example. Vaccine passports will contain data from laboratories that are confirmed as approved sites for Covid-19 testing, and clinics that are approved for vaccination. This information is shared through a platform. But that data can also show where low vaccination rates are, demographics of the vaccinated, which vaccinations are taken, and the list goes on of the possibilities of data that can be extracted. Apply this to all walks of life, especially when it is connected to our banking. How easy it will be to flip a switch and turn off one's ability to spend because the analytics show poor food choices, or failure to get a booster shot. There is no end to the control IoT will have over our lives. |
