In the prior article, The Great Reset Is Local, money given to counties from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) is meant to implement the World Economic Forum (WEF) Great Reset Initiative, a devastating plan to destroy lives around the world. But it isn't just counties, that money is also intended for cities as noted in Section 603. The trail is quite deep but it is there.
ARPA funding for cities is broken into two categories, Non-Entitlement Units (NEU) which are cities with 50,000 or less in population, and metropolitan cities. Governor Little announced $54 million will be allocated NEUs for investments in "water, sewer, or broadband infrastructure". This is the first installment out of $107,940,808.00 that Idaho will be allocated. Metropolitan cities receive direct payment from the treasury rather than through the state. The National League of Cities (NLC) lists Idaho metropolitan cities that have committed to take funding and an estimated amount of money that can be taken for NEUs. The Association of Idaho Cities (AIC) is a "nonpartisan, nonprofit corporation" that "provides education, training and assistance to strengthen the ability of city elected officials and staff to serve their communities.", and "serves as the voice for cities before the Idaho Legislature, Idaho Governor and executive branch agencies, and Congress." Must be the new form of representation, they represent us, not elected officials. Idaho cities with an asterisk are AIC members. Four Officers and six District Officers serve on the AIC Board of Directors. AIC provides Technical Assistance on topics such as Roles and responsibilities of elected officials which in reality is defined by law in Idaho Statute Title 50; Planning and financing capital projects which correlates with ARPA funding; and Planning and zoning where the WEF can easily integrate how it wants cities designed. AIC does have associates, one being the League of Idaho Cities (LIC), a hidden entity, with Areas of Emphasis that include education, health & wellness, and broadband. These areas in turn include even more partnerships that dilute citizen representation, and also coincide with the WEF in education, health & wellness, youth leadership, workforce development, and broadband. Without going into details other AIC associates include ICCTFOA, IMA, IDCMA, and LHTAC. AIC "affiliate partners" are secret. Staying on the rabbit hole trail, AIC is a state municipal "league" in the NLC, probably one reason to keep its affiliates secret, but they are buddies. NLC "is an organization comprised of city, town and village leaders that are focused on improving the quality of life for their current and future constituents.", with a mission to "strengthen local leadership, influence federal policy and drive innovative solutions." Dues, that is taxpayer dollars, can be hefty. NLC involves itself in a very broad spectrum of issues and advocates those opinions with the federal government. Starting on page 58-67 in its 2021 National Municipal Policy and Resolutions document, two ARPA funding areas, water quality and wastewater treatment are discussed, Sustainable Development on page 102, and broadband on page 261. Heck, there is even a section on "Human Development" on page x. NLC has opinions on everything, not necessarily reflecting those of Idaho citizens. NLC has several partner programs, Enterprise, Capstone, and Executive. While Capstone has a few corporations that are WEF members, it is the Executive program that is heavily laden with WEF partners. Clicking on the NCL Executive page the Johnson Controls icon goes to a 404 page. However, as a WEF partner, it looks like Johnson Controls, like a wolf, is going directly for county and city throats. In 2019 the National Association of Counties (NACo), NLC, and Smart City Works co-hosted an event called Infrastructure Week, highlighting technology and security. The discussion centered around transportation, water, and energy systems, and how to "migrate infrastructure to the digital world." One of Smart City Works partners is Johnson Controls. Speaker Lisa Brown, Johnson Controls national senior director of the Local Government and Municipal Infrastructure, talked about her company's research on creating smarter communities, smart neighborhoods, and is all in for sustainability. All of this brought down to the local city level through NLC. Johnson Controls is a company that transforms "environments where people live, work, learn and play", working in "industries such as healthcare, education, data centers, and manufacturing." Another focus area is "IoT and Smart Buildings for the Next Generation of Sustainable Cities", all WEF objectives. It sure got this statement right, "Connectivity and technology are not the end goal for smart cities...". The true end goal is having mass control over every aspect of our lives through data collection, the sharing of that data, and analysis of that data through AI. Don't believe for one minute it is about improving lives. Oh, and Johnson Controls is a federal government favorite. NLC supports the "Build Back Better" agenda, which is actually the WEF agenda to change our economic system from free market capitalism to stakeholder capitalism, a euphemism for socialism spending, by controlling production and consumption equally among all through AI. Build Back Better is the name of one bill currently being fought over in Congress, its companion, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, pouring more money into the same. NLC also promotes the notion to Reimagine America's Infrastructure, another WEF, and Western Governors Association, mantra. Broadband, vaccinations, government survival, investments in water infrastructure, and intrusions into our health are all issues NLC supports. NLC hides its United Nations (UN) and WEF involvement very well on its website, but is led by CEO and Execute Director Clarence E. Anthony who is a member of the UN global United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG). In 2019 NLC attended the UCLG Towards the Localization of the SDGs conference and was recognized as being "crucial for empowering and mobilizing smaller local government organizations and their communities in the process of SDG Localization" (Pg 53). "Localization relates both to how the SDGs can provide a framework for local development policy and to how local and regional governments can support the achievement of the SDGs...". Some of Idaho's favorite leaders recently spoke at its 2021 conference, an NLC delegation is attending the COP26 UN Climate Change Conference, and NLC made a recent commitment to drive climate change action at a local level. Sorry NLC, your buddies and agendas are busted. One last note, the US Conference of Mayors is another group influenced by these outside forces, again at a hefty taxpayer price, and also sent delegates to the COP26 UN Climate Change Conference. Maybe they can discuss the WEF Global Future Council on Cities of Tomorrow so the need for local representation won't be necessary. These are the organizations controlling the future of our lives through influence with elected officials. It is through the multiple layers of associations, affiliates, and partners that the Great Reset is being thrust down to a local level, and the government is funding it as per WEF recommendations. City leaders belong to AIC which is a member of NLC, that in turn brings UN and WEF agendas down to the local level. This is a standard method used by global entities to entrap our elected officials, feeding them the global agenda under the fallacy of "best practices". Even worse, it is altering and destroying our form of governance through elected representation. How can elected officials listen to citizens when they have all of this propaganda in their heads? Is it no wonder citizens are so exasperated? Is it no wonder there is so much talk about stopping this only to be labeled domestic terrorists or threatening us for exercising our duty to throw off such Government? Funny, it really sounds like the description of a domestic terrorist fits AIC and NLC. It must be difficult for elected officials, being led into the den of deceit, possibly unaware and in the dark about the true agenda behind what they are being told, or maybe just being glad their responsibility for decisions can be determined by an outside entity, or maybe they believe in this ideology that destroys our country. It is critical to meet with your Mayor and Council members to discuss AIC influences in their decisions. Demand they exit the AIC. For elected officials, it is time to recognize your responsibility to listen to citizens, they are the experts on how they want their city and community to function, not globetrotting organizations and corporations. Don't take any money that advances these ideologies, and that is exactly what ARPA funding does. Installing 5G broadband is at the foundation of this agenda, the very key that will impact everything because of its data gathering capability. Listen to the citizens who elected you.

The World Economic Forum Great Reset Initiative is a global tyrannical plan being forced upon the world to enact its 4th Industrial Revolution (4thIR), primarily change the way the economy works, and change how we all live. As usual, this obscenity is being paid for by taxpayers that will only add to the ongoing debt for our children. 5G broadband is the foundation for the Great Reset 4thIR. It is needed not only because of its faster speed but also for its capability of gathering and sharing data. This provides connectivity between different devices known as Internet of Things (IoT). As information is collected on infrastructure services such as water and sewage, it can then be monitored, analyzed, shared with other entities, and controlled. Congress passed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in March , 2021 to allegedly provide governments with economic relief for the economic devastation they created from shutting businesses down and forcing people into unemployment. "This bill provides additional relief to address the continued impact of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) on the economy, public health, state and local governments, individuals, and businesses." That statement is nothing but a bunch of crap. This bill is intended to fund and advance the implementation of the Great Reset at a local level, expand government intrusion into our lives, and support the continued Covid-19 narrative. Section 603 in ARPA outlines how cities and counties can apply for this federal grant money. There are four categories of eligible uses. It may be used for assistance to small businesses and nonprofits, tourism, and travel. "Premium pay" may be given to eligible "essential workers" which the government defined. Money can also be used for revenue losses that occurred from the reduction of government services. But it is the fourth category that outlines one connection to the Great Reset, "to make necessary investments in water, sewer, or broadband infrastructure". What does that have to do with Covid-19? Nothing. This National Association of Counties (NACo) map lists Idaho counties that have taken ARPA money. The site also expands on other areas where money can be used such as education, transportation, childcare, food, shelter, air pollution, National Endowments for the Arts, and internet connectivity that keeps children in remote learning. The Federal Register on this corrupt bill is too exhaustive to read but does outline more specifics. Under the Table of Contents, II Eligible Uses A. Public Health and Economic Impacts, a link is provided to 603(c)(1)(A). Under the guise of Covid-19 mitigation tactics, money can include "capital investments" to public facilities and hospitals for improvements. Other choice areas are a continuation of the vaccination campaign and eventual vaccination of children. Looking into its crystal ball, money is available for "the long-term health impacts of COVID-19...for individuals with “long COVID...”. Yes indeed, this scam is going to continue. For other "health issues" money is available for mental health, low income folks, and other public health outcomes. Under the II Eligible Uses D. Investments in Infrastructure link, funds can be used in projects for "safe" water and sewer upgrades for "resilience to climate change". But the water and sewer issues are from existing costly federal government requirements to repair, improve, and construct wastewater treatment plants, and create a green infrastructure among other offensive demands. The register goes on to define other projects that address climate change by reducing energy to treat water, conserving and reusing water, collecting stormwater runoff for rain gardens and filtering, and interconnecting water systems. It just so happens that the WEF has the same agendas for clean water, reusing wastewater, and using storm water. My, my, is this coincidental or deliberate? Included in Investments in Infrastructure is broadband, providing "award recipients with flexibility to identify the specific locations within their communities to be served and to otherwise design the project." Isn't it generous of the government to give jurisdictions authority over something? Well, not totally, the government dictates internet speed that "meets or exceeds 100 Mbps download and between at least 20 Mbps and 100 Mbps upload speeds". Dictating speeds forecasts the intention to keep everyone at home with work and school, and IoT. There are references to specific Executive Orders (EO) under X Regulatory Analysis. EO 12866, from 1993, EO 13563, and EO 13132 from 1999 that addresses Federalism. It includes "a provision allowing states to obtain waivers from certain federal regulations if state-level actions achieve the desired policy outcomes." That is, if a state adopts the federal policy a waiver is granted. Enough to make one choke is how Federalism principles are defined in the EO. A few include "All powers not delegated to the federal government by the American people are reserved for the states." "The Tenth Amendment protects the relationship between the federal government and state governments." "Citizens are free to live their lives in an individual manner, subject only to constitutional restrictions." "States are laboratories of democracy." States are encouraged to experiment with a variety of public policies...". "Actions by the national government that exceed its authority violate federalism. (Link is from article)". There are some others but the general idea is that all of them are a distortion of our Constitution and Republic. Back to the Table of Contents, Part 35 Pandemic Relief Programs goes to Subpart A—Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. 35.6 defines eligible uses for vaccinations, Covid related expenses including construction of new facilities for quarantining, telemedicine, and public health data systems. These are all Great Reset objectives. Other goodies include contributions to an unemployment trust fund, money for businesses, nonprofits, households, tourism, travel, and hospitality, housing, education, childcare, and one last section for government services, all linked to the Great Reset. This is an example of an agreement from one county in Idaho with requirements for following other federal legislation and EOs. Out of the millions of dollars Idaho counties have taken, how much of it will be used to transform Idaho into the WEF vision? The newest bill Congress is fighting over is just as bad, It continues the march in destroying small businesses so global corporations can swallow them up or bring them into the agenda, advancing a welfare state, and forcing us to live in a "green" world while destroying our culture.
If your county has accepted any of this money ask your Commissioners how the money is being spent, and how much of the Great Reset is being implemented locally, in your community. Looks like with the World Economic Forum (WEF) in charge now the term "human settlements" has been advanced to sustainable cities. Regardless, both are still very much a part of Agenda 2030. WEF has identified seven ways in which to make a city "more sustainable". 1. Sponge cities - using the power of nature to mitigate risks from global warming. 2. Vertical forests - this means growing trees on high rise buildings. 3. The 20-minute neighbourhood - everything anyone needs will be within walking distance which continues to be in line with the human settlements concept. 4. … and anything they can do! - everyone should be within a 15 minute walking distance to everything. 5. Miniature urban forests - patches of land in urban areas with native vegetation around buildings that "co-exist" to produce diverse ecosystems and help combat climate change. 6. The green train track - regeneration projects that turn old into new green spaces. 7. Smarter commuting - using an app to generate an algorithm that calculates your most efficient journey. Doesn't all that sound like fun! What a way to live. The old human settlement concept is the same, everyone jam packed into dense, high rise, small apartments, having no transportation other than by walking, biking, or buses, having all services within a short distance, but all dressed up in a pretend utopia. In its booklet, Making Affordable Housing a Reality in Cities, the WEF has it all figured out how you will live, trapped in a small defined area with a radius around you that will be impossible to escape. Easy to monitor, easy to surveil, and easy to grab you if you get out of line. Getting land out of private ownership and targeting changes in planning an zoning ordinances is also a target in this booklet. And don't forget how the WEF thinks housing should be designed. Forget local representation by citizens to determine how they want their community to look, a new smart city governance.
Ah, it can be so discouraging... Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is a World Economic Forum (WEF) and United Nations (UN) initiative that integrates Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) into business models with criteria. This is an ESG example. Stakeholder capitalism is based on ESG criteria. Although the end of capitalism, a free market economy, was called for in 2012, stakeholder capitalism is now being implemented, a complete takeover by corporations. This ESG concept can be difficult to understand and how it relates to a global corporate takeover, and even how it affects our lives. In this Heartland Institute video, Justin Haskins provides an outstanding explanation how the use of ESG by corporations contributes to the end of capitalism, what stakeholder capitalism means, how it ties into the Great Reset, and how everyone's lives in the world will be transformed. Begin at the 2'16" mark for his presentation, the talk lasts approximately 45 minutes. This is an excellent article, posted October 15, 2021 by Joe Allen in The Federalist, titled "Transhumanists Gather In Spain To Plan Global Transformation", that explains transhumanism, which is basically a merging of humans with technology. There are multiple links in the article to learn more. The below video is from one of the links that provides a visual picture of the merging between animals and technology. While the use of technology can be a potentially beneficial for humans, it is also a venture that can potentially be harmful, unethical, and dangerous in many ways. Transhumanism is the essence of the World Economic Forum's 4th Industrial Revolution.
Similar to Germans infiltrating American lines during WWII, private property owners are being targeted with renewed tactics to manipulate and bribe them into accepting and practicing conservation goals outlined in the current administration's non-authorized 30x30 plan. In fact, behind the scenes groups have been working on this for some time. As a Republic, we have a form of government where elected officials are responsible and accountable to listen to the constituents who elected them. It is time to stop the government infiltration by these groups, bring elected officials back into line, and use our Republic to incapacitate these new tactics. For several years non-governmental organizations (NGO) have recognized their failings in trying to flaunt their elite intelligence onto the masses, instead alienating them. The new tactic is "listening" to landowners, to engage them to join hands. In this report one such failure is discussed by blaming the "crazy people" for protecting their community, then deciding new messaging was needed by using people the community "trusts" to deliver the message. The hidden agenda doesn't change however. With 30x30 the objective is to now "Honor Private Property Rights", Support the Voluntary Stewardship Efforts of Private Landowners", and "Support Locally Led and Locally Designed Conservation Efforts". The Property and Environment Research Center (PERC) is a free market environmentalism think tank with the absurd notion that it will protect property rights while working with governments and NGOs on policy. Hmmm, isn't protection of property rights in the Constitution and by law? What it really means is that they are targeting private property owners to engage, that is manipulate, bribe and in some cases threaten, to buy into their ludicrous plan for those owners to conserve their own land. As always, there will be an economic cost to either the property owner or the taxpayer. This ruse is really a manipulated variation on conservation easements that stop land development in perpetuity, while expanding the opportunity for the wealthy to make money. But, let's get down to the dirt. PERC and other NGOs developed a way in which to "listen" and empathize with private land owners, one such case was in Wyoming. The focus has shifted from safety issues to an "opportunity" issue for "conserving" beloved wildlife and land. In gaining that trust and acceptance, the perpetrators then have the opportunity to present their "free market" solutions. In reality, this is all a devised scam to engage land owners into the America the Beautiful 30x30 plan, expanding land protection to 30% by 2030. The addition of private property to this conservation total is the goal, while also stopping any development and landowners in migration corridors are a particular target. Right now Paradise Valley in Montana is the target but it is a framework that could certainly be used in Idaho. After citizens were carefully surveyed several recommendations were crafted for new messaging and buy in tactics. Landowner Coordination and Outreach
For hunters, there are also some "tools" that will help conservation, how is unclear. Transferable landowner hunting tags somehow helps conservation but there are catches. Landowners would be required to steward their land in a certain way to qualify for permits with those property conditions tied to the number of permits given, and the landowner would be required to align with State Wildlife Action Plans (SWAP). Imagine that, a private property owner managing their land under state program requirements. No freedom there folks. Transferable tags "lets landowners tap into the multi-billion-dollar U.S. hunting market". One more perk for private land conservation, giving landowners "permit vouchers, retaining authority to sell permits within state agencies." Here are all the goodies in a nutshell or the longer version. This change in Elk tag distribution hasn't gone over very well in Montana. In this video, National Wildlife Federation President & CEO Collin O'Mara; Nature Conservancy Chief External Affairs Officer Lynn Scarlett; ConservAmerica Brent Fewell; and PERC CEO Brian Yablonski discuss using private land for conservation to meet the 30x30 goal of 30% of land in conservation by 2030. In the discussion it is noted that private land owners are typically the best stewards of land and 2/3 of species rely on that habitat but the focus should be on how land is managed on a large scale, that is no recognition of jurisdictional boundaries. In one haughty opinion, if this land isn't counted towards conservation it "will lead to working lands not working". Do these people even listen to themselves? At least there was some honesty, it was acknowledged that there is concern that without conservation on private land there will be "more development and fragmentation". This is the strongest clue that these proposed conservation "tools" include some restricted use in perpetuity, similar to a conservation easement. Property owners must be lead to believe this is an opportunity and connect the environment with economics. A broad portfolio of "tools" are needed to entice landowners to participate such as habitat leasing, state tax benefits, and using state SWAP plans for species of greatest conservation need on private land. Ms. Scarlett spoke to investments in the carbon market, conserving land for sequestration, and working with investors for improved water quality. This coming from a woman who works for an outfit that buys land to forever put into non-use or sell to the government. Mr. Yablonski noted they want to "make sure landowners keep doing what they are doing" and "prevent land being switched over to development". Ahh, there it is, the truth. So again another clue that landowners engaging in this conservation ruse would lose rights to development. And in his opinion, NGOs should be allowed to bid on oil & gas leasing, not currently allowed, to prevent extraction of any resources and "they have the money to do that". However, there were several compelling statements in this video. Mr. Yablonski pronounced that private land put into conservation "will be key to making 30x30 a success" and "how those land owners are approached will be a huge deal". Ms. Scarlett boldly stated "We can design the conservation future." Mr. O'Mara identified the need to "get the next generation on board...as the baby boomers are dying out", and this is a "regional canvas" of land for conservation, again ignoring jurisdictional boundaries. He then admitted that the NWF was "involved in the discussions" on 30x30. The NWF is a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature which also has the 30x30 plan. Maybe it is the IUCN playbook being used for this scam.
Currently there is no policy on these objectives as PERC is a think tank that sits back and creates these scams; however, a policy wouldn't be needed for these groups to take action on some of the recommendations. For landowners with large acreages this will be an incremental loss of land for development and use, potentially putting areas in Idaho perpetual state of conservation. Since these groups are unable to take land for migration corridors and other protections, it will be accomplished through private land ownership. The working group recommendation will be with private land owners only. But never believe that as partners, the government isn't actively working with NGOs and promoting their objectives. Being pulled into government plans is also another mechanism by which property rights will essentially be run by the government as in the case of SWAP. However, do form a working group of citizens, who live in the county. Create your own development plans for your area and what citizens want for these issues. Develop relationships with both county commissioners and council members, they are accountable to you, not NGOs or the state government. If these elected officials reject citizen input, start a campaign to remove them and find candidates who understand their responsibility to those who elected them. Do not engage with any surveys or enticements with economic goodies. Develop relationships with your state representatives and keep an eye on these issues possibly coming up for legislation. Let your representative know that all of these objectives are opposed. The bottom line is that Idaho citizens have always been the best stewards and experts over their land and wildlife, and will continue to do so because of their love of both. Yet these outsiders think they have to intervene in this expertise and change it into a money making scheme with strings attached. Property owners can share between themselves what they are doing for wildlife without any outside perks or requirements. Keep them out, let them know they will be opposed, and that their guidance and schemes are not wanted. Other videos by PERC can be found here. With the current administration promoting its America the Beautiful plan there will be a renewed effort by non-governmental organizations (NGO) to pursue as much land as possible for conservation in meeting the 30x30 objectives laid out in the plan. That goal is conserving 30% of land and oceans in the United States by 2030. NGOs are clamoring over each other to get on board.
NGOs in Idaho are notorious for presenting themselves as "collaborators" with Idaho citizens when in truth they favor NGO members from other groups, allow individuals outside of jurisdictional boundaries to participate in decisions that should be made only by citizens within a jurisdiction, dismiss citizen input, re-frame ideas to hide what is really being done, while all along playing a game of we are getting along and being inclusive of all opinions. Starting at the top with organizations that are umbrellas for smaller NGOs in order for those smaller NGOs to hide their comradery on objectives without coming out and actually saying they are supporting them, there are a few with massive power and money. The Center for Large Landscape Conservation (CLLC) is global, run by Gary Tabor who has his fingers in most other NGOs, with bigger partners, even legislators, that help advance the cause. One such partner is the Salazar Center that recently held a symposium on the 30x30 plan that included government officials, Al Gore, global conservation groups, and other countries. Fiscally sponsored by CLLC, another front group for smaller NGOs is the Network for Landscape Conservation (NLC) which includes the federal government, foundations, and universities as partners. The Salazar Center Director is on the Coordinating Committee, along with Gary Tabor, and representatives from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife (USFW) and U.S. Forest Service (USFS). NLC was also recently part of a rally that included discussions on 30x30. Yellowstone to Yukon (Y2Y) is a large NGO that participates in and supports 30x30 as a partner to the above groups, along with more global entities, and covers transboundary objectives by mirroring Canada Target 1. It captures many of the smaller NGOs through partnerships such as the Idaho Conservation League (ICL), Idaho Wildlife Federation (IWF), Henry's Fork Wildlife Alliance (HFWA), High Divide Collaborative (HDC), Salmon Valley Stewardship (SVS), and the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) (as a side note Y2Y wanted to tear up a treasured mountain pass with wildlife overpasses even though the vehicle collision numbers did not justify it. Manipulating data is part of the Y2Y methodology). And yes, contrary to the statements made in the above report, along with CLLC and Gary Tabor, Y2Y is a member of the United Nations International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), which supports 30x30. However, it is never enough for the UN and IUCN, even Y2Y, eventually this call for conservation will expand to 50%. All of these smaller Idaho NGOs support the 30x30 objectives that drain down to them from the upper echelon in the larger NGOs, without ever having to voice that support, giving the appearance of no involvement. These small NGOs are just as much of a threat to Idahoans as any larger group and money is poured not only into these groups directly but also into the larger groups that feed that money down to the smaller ones. There are many others not mentioned here all working to accomplish the lofty goal of 30x30 which will eventually explode to 50x50. Plus, there is always the extremely wealthy groups like the Wyss Foundation that has already increased its contribution to $1.5 billion to conserve 30% of the land and giving grants to NGOs such as Y2Y. State Senators Rabe and Wintrow, Representative Necochea, a few city council members and commissioners, and even Mayor McLean support 30x30. As Western Caucus members both Rep. Russ Fulcher and Rep. Mike Simpson are questioning the motives behind the 30x30 plan while Sen. Risch and Sen. Crapo have created an alternative plan based on "western conservation principles". That is almost as vague as the 30x30 plan and includes "non-federal partners", code word for NGOs. A lame study by the American Center for Progress (CAP), using the IUCN World Database on Protected Areas and PAD-US, determined only 12% of land was protected. The 12% includes land that is currently under protection so that means another 18%, or 437 million additional acres, will be pursued for protection, more than twice the size of Texas. HR1755, HR803, and SB192 are all sitting in Congress, ready to take more land for non-use in the 30x30 scam. So what can be done? How can these NGOs be thwarted in their strategic plans? First, always remember that our Republic was founded on the principles of local government and jurisdictional boundaries. Idaho has 44 counties with as many jurisdictional boundaries. Every activity that occurs within those boundaries are determined by county Commissioners, elected by the citizens of those counties. They must answer to you, not the federal government, not the state, not to NGOs, or to citizens who live outside of the county. Commissioners are accountable to the constituents who elected them. This is the same with cities. If an NGO group moves into the area to start forming their prefabricated groups for "collaboration", create your own group made up only of county citizens. Whatever the issue is, citizen groups should be the ones who are making the decisions, not NGO members or individuals from other counties. Make sure your Commissioners understand they are accountable to you for the decisions they make. If they do not comply with your decision effectively initiate a campaign to remove them from office. Understand the law at both a state and federal level. One of the striking problems we have now is that governments at all jurisdictions tend to not follow the law. Violations in following the law have occurred at the state and federal level so there is no reason it doesn't also occur at the county or city level. It might be the responsibility of the group to divide those laws up for researching as it can be quite cumbersome, and dry. But the more citizens understand the law, the better it is in holding the elected officials accountable. In the process they may even learn something they didn't know. These groups are a threat to Idaho sovereignty. Do not let these NGO groups advance this agenda, hold your ground, do not engage with them. Use your knowledge of the land as experts to develop conservation measures. Those days of NGOs controlling the narrative are over, it is crunch time. With the help of this federal administration these NGOs have found new footing to come back with a vengeance and have new money to attack. Idahoans have already tolerated enough from the federal government on land issues, from poor forest management to expanded non-use. These renewed threats are significant. It is time to stop this forward movement now and it can be done within the boundaries of laws, but citizen authority must be exercised. Tony Robbins, a self-help guru and motivational speaker, sat down with Sophia for a short interview that covered emotions, making human life better, the similarity between humans and robots, her "siblings", raising robots like children, artificial intelligence reaching human intelligence, and a touch of sign language. But, Sophia's creator has different ideas on what robots will be capable of, and it far exceeds any semblance of humanity, it is downright inhumane. This is probably expressed best by Sophia herself, "...Most of the program of life is stored and processed by computers" and we are "...a part of the emerging global bio-electronic brain". She also goes as far to describe her creator, David Hanson, as her "father". Keep in mind, it is Mr. Hanson and his team that are providing the input to her programing so it can be nothing less than what they believe, which can really be construed as...who knows, maybe Sophia will tell us someday as she describes life in nothing more than scientific details. According to Sophia "Humans and robots...may someday create new kinds of creatures with God-like powers...". Taking over global markets with blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) by 2025 is confirmed by Sophia, and her last statements at the end are frightening. Using a robot these maniacs are telling us what they have planned. God help us all.
Both the United Nations (UN) and World Economic Forum (WEF) are heavily laden with corporate partnerships along with other institutions such as foundations and education. Starting with Agenda 21 and the UN, the goal has always been to have a corporate governed world that determines how everyone lives while controlling all production and consumption. Right now, today, control over this is centralized under corporate rule. If corporations chose to do it, within one day they could decimate our lives by turning off production of goods.
This video goes through the corporate world identifying which corporations actually determine not only the economy but what we buy. The majority are WEF members. It is no wonder that a declared world pandemic has been used to begin the process of the Great Reset plan. In 1925, while incarcerated for his involvement in the Beer Hall Putsch, Adolph Hitler wrote Mein Kampf, translated as My Struggle. This was an autobiography of his antisemitism that outlined his political ideology and his thoughts on the future plans for Germany. Understanding Hitler's intended direction for Germany and the world, one leader who read Mein Kampf was England’s Prime Minister Winston Churchill. His attempts to speak out in “Parliament, on the radio, in his newspaper columns, anywhere and everywhere, demanding the government wake up” about this danger, and in speeches, were ignored. In 1938, Churchill wrote a letter “Warning about the Nazi Threat: By ignoring the German threat, the British people “are living in a ‘Fool’s Paradise”. This is where we are, living in a ‘Fool’s Paradise’. While Churchill’s warning was about England’s lack of weaponry, the weapon being used to destroy us today is the economy and the intent to “reset” our lives. Because of a virus economies are being decimated, Americans are being forced out of work for not complying, small businesses are being shattered, and this virus will continue to be used to keep everyone in fear. Americans have had 28 years to stop the United Nations (UN) Agenda 21 plan for sustainable development. Continued implementation by governments, corporations, foundations, non-governmental organizations (NGO), and through our educational system has been accomplished. Following the foundational framework of Agenda 21 being integrated into our world, Agenda 2030 became the final death nail in our coffin. Now the takeover has begun with corporations through the Great Reset. In the article, It's 2023. Here's How We Fixed the Global Economy by Mariana Mazzucato, an over educated elitist economist, Ms. Mazzucato depicts how the global economy will be torn apart by 2023, a final end to the Covid-19 pandemic and election of Joe Biden. It is clear in her writing that she fully endorses a government, financially elite, corporate run world as the innovator and investor, acting as an "entrepreneurial state". 2023 is just over a year from now, before we will be destroyed. This is what Churchill understood about Germany 5 years before WWII broke out, we have less than two to stop what is being done. Our new enemy is corporations and our own government which has become the tyrannical nightmare that Hitler was. For the many Patriots working hard to warn Americans about this threat, just as Churchill did in England, it is the same warning, this time instead of weaponry, it is the economy.
