"Regionalism denies the right of representative government by denying the vote of the people giving the power to make rules and regulations to unelected bureaucrats also called administrators. Regionalism can be traced to 1945 and the United Nations, which was founded by communists with money from the Rockefeller Foundation. Regionalism eliminates borders and countries like the European Union, a failing program."
This is a short video explaining regionalism. Be aware that development of regional plans are in federal funding and grants, in order to get the money you have to incorporate a regional plan. Contact your city council members, county commissioners, mayors, and state representatives and voice your objection to regional plans.
In the 9/15 post under the Regulations category, it was noted that the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the UN NGO, Global Water Partnership (GWP), about the management of water.
Well, they have now come up with a plan, along with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), to take control of all U.S. water, including water on private property. This EPA assessment outlines their proposal.
This could potentially take control of all water on private property. The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) speaks to how much control the EPA has taken over state sovereignty.
This map shows just how much authority H.R. 3080, the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2013 (WRRDA) would take over our water.
The Agenda 21 goal is to take over all resources and control them for allocation to human settlements. Water is a resource that is imperative to reach this goal as it is a key factor in everything that we do from food production to energy. It is critical that Idaho does not lose its control over water resources. Contact your state representative, Governor Otter, Senator, and Congressman, and oppose any EPA or other federal government entity in the take over of Idaho water.
The Idaho Environmental Education Association (IdEEA) is proposing that "Idaho joins 45 other states in developing an Environmental Literacy Plan (ELP) that provides guidelines for implementing environmental education into academic settings to increase environmental literacy. In 2009, the Idaho Environmental Education Association (IdEEA) received a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) to spearhead development of a draft plan tailored to meet Idaho’s educational needs. A diverse group of stakeholders, including staff from the Idaho State Department of Education, worked together to ensure broad-based input into the plan."
Here is the "Environmental Literacy Plan" they will use to indoctrinate your kids. IdEEA is the official affiliate of the North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE) along with corporations, the federal government, foundations, non-profits, and international groups. The NAAEE supports the United Nations and its sustainable development goals.
The EPA has developed its lesson plans for your children onn the environment. The U.S. government established a law that prohibits government involvement in curriculum. Is this a violation of that law?
The indoctrination has already started.
This has United Nations written all over it. Contact Sherri Ybarra and tell her your are opposed to the UN driven Environmental Literacy Plan.
Chapter 12 of Agenda 21 is titled: Managing Fragile Ecosystems: Combating Desertification and Drought. This whole chapter is devoted to the wasting of land by climate change and man's overpopulation. Desertification is a fancy word for land that is turning to desert. Here is Agenda 21's explanation.
12.2. Desertification is land degradation in arid, semi-arid and dry sub-humid areas resulting from various factors, including climatic variations and human activities. Desertification affects about one sixth of the world's population, 70 per cent of all drylands, amounting to 3.6 billion hectares, and one quarter of the total land area of the world. The most obvious impact of desertification, in addition to widespread poverty, is the degradation of 3.3 billion hectares of the total area of rangeland, constituting 73 per cent of the rangeland with a low potential for human and animal carrying capacity; decline in soil fertility and soil structure on about 47 per cent of the dryland areas constituting marginal rainfed cropland; and the degradation of irrigated cropland, amounting to 30 per cent of the dryland areas with a high population density and agricultural potential.
Their solution? Drag the government, international organizations, regulations, and land management policies in to fix it. Along with that are the drastic measures that need to be taken to prepare for the inevitable disaster that looms. Much like the climate change adaptation policy BHO is proposing along the UNs' side in the category Barack Obama 11/6 post, it is all based on what they think is going to happen.
But here is a video of Allan Savory talking about his solution which has been proven to work. One man, determined to find an answer, because of his love for his country.
UNEP is the United Nations site that describes all of the changes that are going on in America today. The goal is to create "human settlements" which are high density in population, have mass transportation, no cars, with all movement by humans by walking or biking, multi-family housing units which are nothing more than small apartments stacked on top of each other, mixed use design which is all services and employment are within walking distance of the multi-family housing units, with housing units built above those businesses and services.
Every city with a population greater than 50k has a metropolitan planning organization (MPO), COMPASS is the local MPO. Through MPOs Agenda 21 has successfully manipulated how a city's future growth and planning occurs. Smart Growth, American Planning Association (APA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) work with UNEP and with MPOs, but those listings have been removed. This site does list national governments and the Dept. of State as partners, while this site shows the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators as a partner. How about that, our own state legislators in direct partnership with the UN. The goal of transitioning American cities to human settlements is through the indoctrination of city planners and local officials by the APA, ULI, and Smart Growth.
On the UNEP website search terms like multi-family housing, mixed use, urban sprawl boundary, mass transportation, Smart Growth, and the ULI. You will find what is promoted by these organizations and the UN are happening in Boise.
Boise is being transformed into a human settlement. If you look at the COMPASS document, "Communities in Motion 2035" you will see all of the UN terms used. Boise now has urban sprawl boundaries with the purchase of open land around the city which will prevent further growth, thereby forcing a high density population in the current Boise boundary. In August 2013, there is a proposal to create a "transit center" which would manage all transportation within the city, and it wouldn't include cars. You will notice the increase height of buildings along with "lofts" and other living quarters, all within the idea of multi-family housing.
Contact your local mayor, city council members, and county commissioners. Let them know you oppose the current direction of city planning in Boise and surrounding towns. All local city mayors attend meetings with COMPASS. Attend city council meetings and keep informed of plans they are making for your city.
One last note. Have you ever noticed the President talking about infrastructure all the time? Because there has been complete indoctrination and movement of cities towards transforming them into human settlements more money is needed to complete the job. He is advocating that money is used for infrastructure in order to finish the transformation. We don't have much time and must take a stand against any further development of human settlements in Idaho.
The Wildlands Network is the previous Wildlands Project. The goal is to lock up land and force humans into human settlements and ban or severely restrict access to resources. Here are the links to how much land they want to take and where Idaho is located in the Western Wildways. There is also the Yellowstone to Yukon map which involves the same amount of land. Notice how much Idaho land is taken in each of these maps.
Conservation easements, eminent domain, wildlife, biodivesity, and riparian corridors, regulations...all of these are being used to take land from Americans.
This video explains what the Wildlands Network believes.
Opt Out of the EPA
In a 1997 Supreme Court ruling it was cited that a state cannot be compelled or mandated to implement, enact, or enforce a federal regulatory program. Just taking one gigantic program, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which overlaps virtually every aspect of our lives, means it cannot be imposed on states.
This decision was rendered in the Printz vs United States case in 1997. "The question presented in these cases is whether certain interim provisions of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub. L. 103-159, 107 Stat. 1536, commanding state and local law enforcement officers to conduct background checks on prospective handgun purchasers and to perform certain related tasks, violate the Constitution." Sheriff Mack, Arizona, was also part of the lawsuit.
Here are several articles discussing this court ruling:
Tenth Amendment Center
Legal Information Institute
It is time for Idaho to disengage itself from the federal government. The EPA has imposed itself on Idaho causing economic hardship. Another example is the US Forest Service (USFS). These two federal agencies have virtually dessimated the logging industry by the constant encroachment of regulations that prohibit access. And it will only get worse.
Let your state representative and Governor Otter know that you want Idaho to mandate to the federal government that we will no longer particpate in any federal regulatory program and that Idahoans have the skills to take care of our own resources.
The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has different areas they work on, one of which is education, and there are numerous similarities with Common Core.
Lifelong Learning - "based on integrating learning and life". "Common Core State Standards provide clear and consistent learning goals to help prepare students for college, career, and life."
Teachers - ...focuses on developing capacity for training...Improving teacher quality by developing standards for teachers and recommendations for use in policy development. Like every other part of Agenda 21 teachers will have to participate in a certification program to meet a standard.
Skills for Work and Life - Common Core has heavy emphasis on being "career ready".
Sustainable Development - The U.S. Department of Education has already incorporated Sustainable Development into our education system along with another organization that has a multitude of partners and includes the UN Association.
Health Education - Because of Common Core students are now taught on a plethora of health subjects including inappropriate sex education, vaccinations are a hot subject here in Idaho, and kids are scrutinized for the weight and emotional health.
ICT Education - Thanks to the adoption of Common Core this UN goal has been met with laptops in our schools, perfect for data collection.
Democracy and Global Citizenship - This was the original description, "...supports the integration of education for peace and conflict prevention into national education policy and curriculum...Inclusive quality education is a central to UNESCO’s approach to building citizenship and democracy...". Now their description is "UNESCO focuses on issues such as governance, democratic institutions, citizenship, freedom of expression, representation of young women and men, and their active participation in decision-making processes, in socio-economic and cultural development. The Organization is inherently a place for democratic debate, a platform for exchanges where democratic values are promoted, including tolerance, pluralism, and respect for human rights, freedom and dialogue." Yup, our kids are being indoctrinated towards being a global citizen and that we are a democracy and not a Republic.
It seems Idaho Common Core is moving along nicely towards meeting the UN goals for education.
Coca-Cola - Redistributing Wealth
More money being redistributed out of the American economy. Coca-Cola, a UN business partner, is investing billions in China.
In the category Private Property, the post on 9/9/13 titled Conservation Easements (CE) explains how they work and there is a map showing the Teton Regional Land Trust properties held in Idaho. There are other land trusts in Idaho.
The Wood River Land Trust has removed a map of the land they own through CE. Wood River Land Trust is a partner of The Nature Conservancy, a UN NGO. Wood River Land Trust also belongs to 1% For The Planet. Like other land trusts they are being used by a UN NGO to take more private property throughout America.
The Land Trust of the Treasure Valley also holds CE. They belong to 1% for The Planet which connects non-profits, one of which is the Nature Conservancy.
The Southern Idaho Land Trust (SILT) link to the map of CE doesn't work but it lists CE they own. They are a member of Land Trust Alliance. Here is a list of Land Trust Alliance Nonprofit Partner Memberships, several which are UN NGOs.
The Palouse Land Trust partners with multiple federal agencies.
The National Conservation Easement Database gives the data on CE in Idaho. Idaho CE can be found here. The Nature Conservancy has a chapter in Idaho.
In Idaho the statute states the "CE is unlimited in duration unless the instrument creating it otherwise", and there is also a statute that identifies who may bring action in a CE dispute.
None the less, it is still disturbing to know that land trusts in Idaho are working with organizations that belong to the UN.
This website is non-partisan and is solely dedicated to removing the harmful controls placed on our state and nation through Agenda 21 and its associated programs. We invite all Idahoans to join us in this fight for freedom!
