Tom Luna and the National Governors Association
Have you ever wondered why Tom Luna is so insistent about Common Core? In spite of all the evidence that these standards are not state led, not voluntary, untested, and with evidence they actually lower scores, why does he persist? Even with all of the evidence that this is a United Nations led initiative he continues forcing Common Core on Idahoans. Maybe this will provide some insight into his thinking. He is in with the Big Dogs.
Here is the National Governors Association Chair's Initiative 2013-2014. If you remember it was the National Governors Association (NGA) that collectively adopted the Common Core standards, of which Tom Luna is a member.
If you go to the NGA website you will see "Corporate Fellows" at the top. That link will take you to the link for the list of Corporate Fellows. It is no surprise the number of these corporations who are UN business partners, use the drop down box under other organisations to search which ones belong. Just to name a few:
Bank of America, AT&T, Intel, Walmart, Coke, Cisco, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Pearson, and the list goes on and on. There are other large corporations that are "fellows" of the NGA.
Here is the NGA Corporate Fellows Program. The statement on the first page establishes a public-private partnership, and being a corporate fellow you are "...providing governors ideas that work." Translated, providing governors a UN ideology of social justice, environmentalism, global citizenry, and indoctrination. Page two outlines all the corporate benefits of this fellowship.
Here is the NGA Center for Best Practices. This UN business backed organization is a driving force behind Agenda 21 goals. Education, environment, transportation, health, and the most frightening of all, driving education towards pre-determination of workforce needs. Educating your children on what workforce needs the businesses will have and for the global, not American, economy.
And finally, like the Hollywood Oscars, slapping themselves on the back for a job well done with awards. When will Tom Luna get recognition for his nomination?
Sarcasm aside, how can Tom Luna support this corporatism where the businesses who work for and support UN ideology are driving the education of our children? And it is being driven from all other aspects as well, everything behind Common Core has UN connections. How can he support it?
It is time Idaho finds a Superintendent of Education that is for Idaho and not corporations, Agenda 21, and the UN. Perhaps Tom Luna should look up the definition for fascism.
This is a follow-up on Tom Luna, 12/9/13, looks like he and the Big Dogs got together along with some state legislators.
An article came out by the In the Public Interest website that cites, "Corporate Interests Pay to Play to Shape Education Policy, Reap profits" Apparently state superintendents are jumping into bed with corporations to create policies that financially benefit the corporations, shocker. Although Idaho was not listed in the article it makes one wonder whether or not Tom Luna has or will engage in the same. It was noted above that he met with Jeb Bush this month, perhaps to work out a deal for the Bush founded, UN NGO funded, Foundation for Education Excellence. What makes it impossible for Tom Luna to see the light?
Anser Charter School
Anser Charter School is located in Garden City, Idaho and is an Expeditionary Learning School. Expeditionary Learning states "Our curriculum combines rigorous content with effective practice, bringing together the “what” and “how” of Common Core Success." Here is the website of Expeditionary Learning. And look who supports this school, the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, a UN NGO.
This organization has been establishing schools all over the United States, including Garden City, listed as Boise; Pocatello Community Charter School in Pocatello; and Palouse Prairie School of Expeditionary Learning Moscow.
Here are a couple of examples of Expeditionary Learning curriculum:
Human Rights - Not American rights as granted by the U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights, but those according to the UN per videos from the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). Here is the site you can explore curriculum taught by Expeditionary Learning in different grades. As you take a look notice the numerous themes of environmentalism, study of cultures other than American, and sustainability.
Sustainability - This is another word for Agenda 21.
If you have a child or are considering enrolling your child in this school you may want to take a closer look at what is taught.
"Regionalism denies the right of representative government by denying the vote of the people giving the power to make rules and regulations to unelected bureaucrats also called administrators. Regionalism can be traced to 1945 and the United Nations, which was founded by communists with money from the Rockefeller Foundation. Regionalism eliminates borders and countries like the European Union, a failing program."
Winter is coming upon us, nights are getting colder so make yourself some hot chocolate, popcorn, or snack of your choice and take the time to watch this video.
Rosa Korie is a Democrat who discovered and fought Agenda 21 in her city Santa Rosa, California. She is the author of Behind the Green Mask: U.N. Agenda 21. A link to her website, Democrats Against Agenda 21, can be found under the Resources tab.
This video is long, 1hr:45min but it is a presentation she gave in Florida on a regional plan for their area. She talks about many subjects that are posted in this blog such as corporatism, human settlements, regulations, MPOs, etc. She lays a nice foundation on what Agenda 21 is about. She spoke at this meeting because of a regional plan threat called Seven50, or in Agenda 21 terms, regionalism. COMPASS, the MPO for Boise and Nampa, also talks about regional plans. It is here. San Francisco recently fell victim to the Plan Bay Area, a regional plan.
If you aren't up to a long video this is a shorter video explaining regionalism. Be aware that development of regional plans are in federal funding and grants, in order to get the money you have to incorporate a regional plan. Contact your city council members, county commissioners, mayors, and state representatives and voice your objection to regional plans.

In the 9/15 post under the Regulations category, it was noted that the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the UN NGO, Global Water Partnership (GWP), about the management of water.
Well, they have now come up with a plan, along with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), to take control of all U.S. water, including water on private property. This EPA assessment outlines their proposal.
This could potentially take control of all water on private property. The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) speaks to how much control the EPA has taken over state sovereignty.
This map shows just how much authority H.R. 3080, the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2013 (WRRDA) would take over our water.
The Agenda 21 goal is to take over all resources and control them for allocation to human settlements. Water is a resource that is imperative to reach this goal as it is a key factor in everything that we do from food production to energy. It is critical that Idaho does not lose its control over water resources. Contact your state representative, Governor Otter, Senator, and Congressman, and oppose any EPA or other federal government entity in the take over of Idaho water.
The Idaho Environmental Education Association (IdEEA) is proposing that "Idaho joins 45 other states in developing an Environmental Literacy Plan (ELP) that provides guidelines for implementing environmental education into academic settings to increase environmental literacy. In 2009, the Idaho Environmental Education Association (IdEEA) received a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) to spearhead development of a draft plan tailored to meet Idaho’s educational needs. A diverse group of stakeholders, including staff from the Idaho State Department of Education, worked together to ensure broad-based input into the plan."
Here is the "Environmental Literacy Plan" they will use to indoctrinate your kids. IdEEA is the official affiliate organization in Idaho for the North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE), a UN NGO. Their Executive Summary even references the UN, "Internationally, the United Nations’ Decade of Education for Sustainable Development is nearing an end. To aid in gauging our progress in achieving environmental literacy nationally and internationally, this project has built on recent ground breaking efforts to conduct large-scale assessments of environmental literacy and facilitate the development of a next generation of national and international assessments." The IdEEA will promote this ideology. Notice the use of "national assessments" as the tool for promoting environmental literacy.
The EPA has developed its lesson plan for your children that "are correlated to national science standards." The U.S. government established a law that prohibits government involvement in curriculum. Is this a violation of that law?
The indoctrination has already started.
This has United Nations written all over it. Contact Sherri Ybarra and tell her your are opposed to the UN driven Environmental Literacy Plan.
Chapter 12 of Agenda 21 is titled: Managing Fragile Ecosystems: Combating Desertification and Drought. This whole chapter is devoted to the wasting of land by climate change and man's overpopulation. Desertification is a fancy word for land that is turning to desert. Here is Agenda 21's explanation.
12.2. Desertification is land degradation in arid, semi-arid and dry sub-humid areas resulting from various factors, including climatic variations and human activities. Desertification affects about one sixth of the world's population, 70 per cent of all drylands, amounting to 3.6 billion hectares, and one quarter of the total land area of the world. The most obvious impact of desertification, in addition to widespread poverty, is the degradation of 3.3 billion hectares of the total area of rangeland, constituting 73 per cent of the rangeland with a low potential for human and animal carrying capacity; decline in soil fertility and soil structure on about 47 per cent of the dryland areas constituting marginal rainfed cropland; and the degradation of irrigated cropland, amounting to 30 per cent of the dryland areas with a high population density and agricultural potential.
Their solution? Drag the government, international organizations, regulations, and land management policies in to fix it. Along with that are the drastic measures that need to be taken to prepare for the inevitable disaster that looms. Much like the climate change adaptation policy BHO is proposing along the UNs' side in the category Barack Obama 11/6 post, it is all based on what they think is going to happen.
But here is a video of Allan Savory talking about his solution which has been proven to work. One man, determined to find an answer, because of his love for his country.
United Nations Environmental Program - UNEP
UNEP is the United Nations site that describes all of the changes that are going on in America today. The goal is to create "human settlements" which are high density in population, have mass transportation, no cars, with all movement by humans by walking or biking, multi-family housing units which are nothing more than small apartments stacked on top of each other, mixed use design which is all services and employment are within walking distance of the multi-family housing units, with housing units built above those businesses and services.
Every city with a population greater than 50k has a metropolitan planning organizaation (MPO), COMPASS is the local MPO. Through MPOs Agenda 21 has successfully manipulated how a city's future growth and planning occurs. Smart Growth, American Planning Association (APA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) work with UNEP and with MPOs. The goal of transitioning American cities to human settlements is through the indoctrination of city planners and local officials by the APA, ULI, and Smart Growth.
On the UNEP website search terms like multi-family housing, mixed use, urban sprawl boundary, mass transportation, Smart Growth, and the ULI. You will find what is promoted by these organizations and the UN are happening in Boise.
Boise is being transformed into a human settlement. If you look at the COMPASS document, "Communities in Motion 2035" you will see all of the UN terms used. Boise now has urban sprawl boundaries with the purchase of open land around the city which will prevent further growth, thereby forcing a high density population in the current Boise boundary. In August 2013, there is a proposal to create a "transit center" which would manage all transportation within the city, and it wouldn't include cars. You will notice the increase height of buildings along with "lofts" and other living quarters, all within the idea of multi-family housing.
Contact your local mayor, city council members, and county commissioners. Let them know you oppose the current direction of city planning in Boise and surrounding towns. All local city mayors attend meetings with COMPASS. Attend city council meetings and keep informed of plans they are making for your city.
One last note. Have you ever noticed the President talking about infrastructure all the time? Because there has been complete indoctrination and movement of cities towards transforming them into human settlements more money is needed to complete the job. He is advocating that money is used for infrastructure in order to finish the transformation. We don't have much time and must take a stand against any further development of human settlements in Idaho.
Wildlands Project: Now the Wildlands Network
The video below explains another method used to take private land from Americans. The goal is to lock up land and force humans into human settlements and ban or severely restrict access to resources. In Idaho the Nature Conservancy, UN NGO, is actively working to take land from private owners via "conservation easement" which contributes to the development of Wildways, large swaths of land that will be banned for human use. This video explains the Wildlands Project, now the Wildways project. Here is a map of how much western land they want banned for use.
And there is also the Y2Y Project.
Notice how much Idaho land is taken in each of these maps.
For an idea on just how much land is being taken it is happening in Florida with Florida Forever. Here is some information on it.

These projects, conservation easements, eminent domain, biodivesity, riparian corridors, regulations...all of these are being used to take land from Americans.
Opt Out of the EPA
In a 1997 Supreme Court ruling it was cited that a state cannot be compelled or mandated to implement, enact, or enforce a federal regulatory program. Just taking one gigantic program, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which overlaps virtually every aspect of our lives, means it cannot be imposed on states.
This decision was rendered in the Printz vs United States case in 1997. "The question presented in these cases is whether certain interim provisions of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub. L. 103-159, 107 Stat. 1536, commanding state and local law enforcement officers to conduct background checks on prospective handgun purchasers and to perform certain related tasks, violate the Constitution." Sheriff Mack, Arizona, was also part of the lawsuit.
Here are several articles discussing this court ruling:
Tenth Amendment Center
Legal Information Institute
It is time for Idaho to disengage itself from the federal government. The EPA has imposed itself on Idaho causing economic hardship. Another example is the US Forest Service (USFS). These two federal agencies have virtually dessimated the logging industry by the constant encroachment of regulations that prohibit access. And it will only get worse.
Let your state representative and Governor Otter know that you want Idaho to mandate to the federal government that we will no longer particpate in any federal regulatory program and that Idahoans have the skills to take care of our own resources.
This website is non-partisan and is solely dedicated to removing the harmful controls placed on our state and nation through Agenda 21 and its associated programs. We invite all Idahoans to join us in this fight for freedom!
