As the World Economic Forum (WEF) proceeds rapidly with its technocratic agenda, right in front is 8 of its predictions for the future by 2030. That is less than 10 years away. WEF means business with no qualms about its threats to not only the U.S., but to the world as well. This stripping of U.S. sovereignty cannot be allowed to happen.
This WEF article, 8 Predictions For The World in 2030, lays it all out. At the bottom of the article is a quick video telling us the plan. Yes indeed, the WEF has taken over the United Nations (UN) as the primary aggressor against humanity. The 8 points in the video are:
Other U.S. quislings to this agenda are Anthony Scaramucci, former Trump Communications director, and former Secretary of State, John Kerry. Both are globalists and more than happy to engage in the deceit. There does not appear to be anything that is stopping this agenda, American citizens are not even taking the necessary action to stop it. Too many indoctrinated into believing this globalization agenda is the way to go. It will be interesting to see what they think once their freedom is taken away. But, by then, it will be too late.

Back in 1998, after Agenda 21 was being implemented by the President's Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was the first federal agency to start the massive destruction of our Republic. In the Federal Register/ Vol. 63, No. 163/ Monday, August 24, 1998/ Notices, page 45157, it states, "The Sustainable Development Challenge Grant program is also a step in implementing ‘‘Agenda21, the Global Plan of Action on Sustainable Development,’’ signed by the United States at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992." Since that time the EPA has become what may be considered a primary enemy towards citizens with its regulatory rules and punishments of not followed. This march towards the United Nations (UN) agenda for "sustainability" continues on and will do nothing more than increase the stranglehold over how we live our lives. In this video, it claims that sustainability began in 2010 when the EPA went to the National Academies (NA) to help with developing a framework for sustainability. While the video claims the NA has independent, "expert" advice, the truth is it is heavily involved with the UN. The Red Book of Risk Assessment may have been created in 1983, but because of its involvement with the UN, the Sustainability and the U.S. EPA Green Book was created in 2011. This was the same year that the EPA signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the United Nations Environment Programme, updated in 2016, to implement Agenda 2030 sustainable development goals. The 2011 MOU has been conveniently removed from the face of the earth but is still cited on the EPA website. Attempting to use the Dust Bowl as an example of unsustainable practices is ludicrous. It wasn't President Roosevelt who found the solution to correct the problem, or any scientific technocrat, it was Hugh Hammond Bennett, a man who spent time with the land, learning and observing its unique qualities. New methods of agricultural practice have always been developed. The EPA or UN isn't the final solution, its policies are based on a theory and ideology. The EPA didn't develop its own sustainability model, the three pillars cited in the video, environmental, economic, and social are from the UN. Nor did it create its own Sustainability Assessment and Management Model. In its 2012 A Framework for Sustainability Indicators at EPA booklet, it references the World Commission on Environment and Development report (UN, 1987), which called for the "called for the global adoption of these principles" referring to sustainability. In this 2011 Sustainability and the U.S. EPA document, the UN and Agenda 21 are referenced throughout the chapters. No longer will citizens determine how their communities are managed. The EPA, more than ever, will be coming in to force elected officials to implement its framework on sustainability. Just this month, an executive order gave the EPA even more power over our water resources, enabling it to dictate our water management based on their UN partnership objectives for sustainability.
This world that is being created for us will not go away unless we start exercising our authority over the government as our Constitution defines it. What will it take before this is done? The Western Governors Association (WGA) is regional, comprised of 19 western states, Samoa, Guam, and Northern Mariana Islands, with invites to Canadian Premiers. Governor Brad Little is the 2021 Vice Chair. Established in 1984, the purpose is to "focus bipartisan policy development, information exchange and collective action on issues". Other activities include advancing Western states roles in the federal system, strengthening the social and economic fabric of the region, and developing policy and carrying out programs in the areas of natural resources, the environment, human services, economic development, international relations and state governance. WGA also has a 501(c)(3) Foundation in which former governor Butch Otter serves, and a Western Governors University. However, in a September 25, 2020 Patty Limerick interview with WGA Executive Director Jim Ogsbury, titled Lunch with Limerick – “Bipartisanship Happens”, it was exposed that not only is this regional group in violation of constitutional state sovereignty, it also violates citizen representation, distorts the Idaho governor's sworn oath to uphold the Idaho and U.S. Constitution, and how our tax dollar is improperly used. Following the perfunctory introductions and Mr. Ogsbury talking about his 18 year stint with the federal government, he went on to describe the WGA as a "the most collegial, collaborative, bipartisan, thoughtful group". Why would they not be, they all hold the same ideology and use tax payer dollars for their fun. Idaho citizens have no ideological similarities to Colorado, Guam, Oregon where half the state wants to escape to Idaho, or any other state in the WGA. One can skip these introductions by starting at the 9:45" mark. Mr. Ogsbury further explains the WGA as being the only group of elected officials pursuing bipartisan public policy, while at the same time the WGA governors stressing their "agreement" of "state sovereignty" such as telling the federal government it needs to use state data in the Endangered Species Act. The truth is, WGA likes the federal government so much they created a resolution, "Strengthening the State-Federal Relationship" via a 1999 executive order that shreds state sovereignty just by the mere fact that the federal government powers are "limited and enumerated" according to U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 8. Mr. Ogsbury thinks the beauty of the WGA is its ability to leverage their "collective influence" to change federal policy. Congress is where elected congressional representatives are intended to act together as "the people’s representatives" and for states, not in a separately formed, collective group of governors. By his own admission, when a southern state wanted to join the WGA, Mr. Ogsbury stated the governors had "no desire to expand the club". That's right Mr. Ogsbury, the WGA is nothing more than a good old exclusionary boys and girls "club". Yet, Tribes are allowed in because of their sovereignty, but no citizens, the ones who should be represented. Now here comes a really doublethink part. Mr. Ogsbury states they "don't spend a lot of time in state legislatures" because they don't work on state issues or state policy because of "respect" for state sovereignty and autonomy. They don't spend time with elected citizen representatives or work on state issues or policy? This flies in the face of North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum's Reimagining the Rural West Initiative (RRWI) which implements part of the United Nations Agenda 2030 objectives, in which it seems all WGA states are adopting, and other initiatives such as Oregon Governor Kate Brown's initiative for an Electric Vehicle Roadmap which would be across several states. Everything WGA works on affects the individual states! How can there be any state sovereignty or autonomy when they are getting together and making decisions that have a "collective influence" to change federal policy regarding states? Governors are not elected to go to Congress to change federal policy, congressional representatives are elected to Congress to represent us and our states. Governors, stay in your lane. This "club" is so embedded into itself it no longer even understands how they have become a separate governing body outside of any Constitutional principle. Mr. Ogsbury clearly stated WGA policies are that of the western governors and their initiatives "drive the action", and even the RRWI will influence the "work product for years to come". He also stated that "priorities come from the governors", obviously not from citizens. The WGA takes its policies to Congress and develop implementation strategies for states, in spite of the not working on state policy claim, all done without any citizen involvement. Mr. Ogsbury describes some WGA "major achievements" such as the Western Governors University, where they can indoctrinate young adults on their philosophy of bypassing Constitutional principles with collective consensus and collaboration. Another is the National Integrated Drought Information System, a memorandum of understanding with the NOAA, and the National Forest and Rangeland Management Initiative which doesn't seem to be working out so well given this year's devastating fires. Some of Mr. Ogsbury's "favorite" WGA experiences included former Governor Otter's trail ride to teach outsiders about public lands by "getting on the back of a horse" which again hasn't seemed to work. They still don't understand that using the environment through logging, grazing, and recreation is what protects it, we have only seen more destruction without those activities. Hey WGA, how about inviting just citizens to these types of activities, the people you are suppose to represent? Citizens will tell you what their priorities are which are separate for each state. The WGA holds meetings twice a year where they get together in fun filled locations to "share comradery". New "elaborate" presentations are created each year to introduce new governors, which has now become an expectation. In the video Mr. Ogsbury even sang a personalized rendition of how new governor's biographies were given. Instead, why not hold biannual meetings with citizens that elected you to represent them, maybe take the time to listen to them, and a song could be sung that describes what the Constitution says? The WGA has even initiated a book project through its WGA Foundation to "memorialize" its accomplishments and "leadership". Reunions are also held as if they were a high school graduation class. Another activity being sought is creating beer labels for each governor, the next step is actually producing those beers. By Mr. Ogsbury's description, we now have bipartisan governor representation, not a citizen representative government as a Republic. The WGA has now expanded its involvement in policies on socio-economic, trade, and healthcare issues, focusing on these efforts with "technical experts". How about using the multitude of technical experts of Idahoans instead? In 2018 the Idaho Office of the Governor gave $36,000 of your tax dollars to the WGA, #181, page 3. Now, in 2020, it seems it is necessary to double that amount to $79,575.00. However, it isn't only the Office of the Governor that pays the WGA, the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Office of Species Conservation, and Department of Lands are also forking over your money for some sort of training. Guess more money is needed for those out of town parties but it doesn't seem to separate out who is paying for those luxury visits. Bottom line, Idahoans are not paying taxes to fund the good old boys and girls club to plan parties to play or make decisions between them about Idaho lives.
It is also very clear who WGA represents with their large, often international, corporate sponsors, with invites to meetings, lunches, workshops, and webinars. As Greta Thunberg would state, "How Dare You", how dare you undermine our Constitutions, mock and exclude those who elected you, collectivize decisions within yourself, and use our tax dollars for fun. Instead of climate change which Greta is imploring about, it is our Constitutions that we are imploring you to uphold as you swore to do in your oaths of office. In their 2020 report the WGA describes Governors as "co-sovereigns and co-regulators" with the federal government with "shared stewardship collaboration". Nowhere in either the Idaho or U.S. Constitution does it state that governors do either. Governor Little, as a reminder, here is what the Idaho Constitution states is your role, which does not include any of the activities in which you are involved, collective decision making, expanding your club to create universities, or beer production. Mr. Ogsbury, you and the other governors might want to take note that you are in an ivory tower of insulated thinking and that sir, needs to change. Not to minimize or negate anything, but all the fussing over masks and restriction on Constitutional rights is a drop in the bucket compared to what is being prepared for true obliteration of the same and more in the future.
The Commons Project has been prepared to overtake any semblance of our Constitution. This project is built on the premise that we will all benefit from technology and data to improve our lives, have privacy and control over personal information, while at the same time "freeing data from silos and allowing individuals to contribute their data to research". Another infamous dichotomy in reasoning. It is described as a "nonprofit public trust established to build platforms and services". Based in Switzerland, the core of this project is the belief that "communities are stronger when data is open and can be shared for the benefit of all." Sounds like collectivism. So who are the players in this endeavor? Starting with the Trustees, individuals from across the world are engaged. Federal agencies include Health & Human Services (HHS), US Agency for International Development (USAID), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), American Medical Association (AMA), and a host of other different organizations. Any attempt to find this information on the government websites results in no information, defying their claim of transparency, and accountability. More fascinating is the involvement by a UN Strategic Partnerships member. This is a partnership between the United Nations (UN) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) with funding and accelerated implementation of Agenda 2030 as its primary goal. Digital cooperation and health are two focus areas. One other UN member represents the UN Development Programme (UNDP). There is a special US Trustee Council that includes a U.S. Senator, members from the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), Assistant Secretary of Defense, and HHS, and United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Johnson & Johnson, Walmart, along with various other organizations. Now knowing who is running this gig, what exactly are they up to? There are four projects. Common Pass is the project that will allow traveling across borders. This phone app will document a "traveller’s record of a COVID PCR test or vaccination." WEF and the project are "working to initiate the CommonPass framework" which allows an individual to access their lab results and vaccination records on the app that validates their COVID status without revealing other health information. What is hilarious about this gaslighting is leading one to believe health information is securely stored, private, and under their own control on their phones while those same records "can be accessed through existing health data systems, national or local registries or personal digital health records", and are "being designed such that it can be accessed directly through other apps and services." A good start to "establish common health protocols", in other words collective, international protocols. Common Health, initiated in September, 2019, was developed between the University of San Francisco, Cornell Tech and others to help "people collect, store, and share their personal health information safely and securely." It also advances the operation of "the digital services that constitute public infrastructure for the digital era." Stated differently, human digitization is an infrastructure. Basically, Common Health is a personal electronic health record. The Rockefeller Foundation is also involved and has funded the project since June, 2019 through 2024. Next is the COVIDcheck project which leads one to believe "COVID-19 risks" can be reduced. The CDC was involved in developing this app which "supports schools, universities, employers, and public health agencies in their efforts to overcome the pandemic and return to a new normal." Data is secured by COVIDcheck "with the same security standards used for banking and credit cards." This app also determines risk level and provides advise and guidance. Other partners on the project include the UN Foundation, Clinton Health Access Initiative, Novartis, and Pfizer. The last project, CommonGeo, "applies geographic intelligence to realize the full potential of data to solve complex problems." Experts in technology, policies, standards, ethics, and governance were needed to "acquire, process, distribute, use, maintain, and preserve location data, putting people first." This project implies that all the data handed over to them by this "secure" system, the data which one has personal control over, will be used for the purposes of solving other problems. In the News, CommonPass is already being implemented by airlines across the world and across borders in which the CDC and US Customs and Border Protection is involved. This tyranny was just announced on October 7, 2020. But this is worldwide tyranny such as the United Kingdom is experiencing with masks and the Commons Project objectives. Is the HHS cabinet member informing President Trump about this? Is he aware of this project and supporting it by encouraging testing and promising vaccines, two critical pieces for its implementation? What about the CDC, OSTP, and Department of Defense? Who is apprising him of this project? More importantly, does he support it? Yes, you read all of this correctly. The federal government is working with the WEF Great Reset agenda and 4th Industrial Revolution to create the digital world they want us to live in and forever remove our sovereignty, freedom, and Constitution. It is the "...passionate technologists, entrepreneurs, public servants, academics, scientists, industry leaders, people and advocates from across the globe who have gathered to use our collective knowledge and expertise for the common good.", the technocrats who will determine our Post-Covid19 Global Governance. Digitizing health care is just the beginning. There is much talk about who is behind globalization, the elite, the UN, but the fact is the U.S. federal government is very much involved and part of the globalization agenda. This step into a technocratic world with data gathering on health will continue to expand into all areas of our lives, eventually taking over our very souls using artificial intelligence to dictate how we live. Many Americans are preparing for the many unknowns to come. How does one prepare for this onslaught of oppression? With Event 201, development of apps and other technology prior to the actual release of COVID-19, and application of these within one year, what else has been prepared to confront any opposition? Will our preparations be enough? We are under a tyrannical government now, waiting for the right time to take action will not come as the time is already here. |
