There are two very good videos that explain how cattle owners are being pursued to put them out of business here in the U.S. and in the Netherlands.
The first is The Attack on Farmers and Ranchers that No One is Talking About By Jim Mundorf. In this video he speaks to the “climate smart practices” being forced onto ranchers. In this video, it is explained how ranchers in the Netherlands are being forced out of business, their resolve to fight back. It also explains how this has nothing to do with the climate but is rather an agenda to take land. Start the video at the 10" mark. It isn't any surprise that nitrogen is on the World Economic Forum and United Nations list to control.

U.S. Constitution - Article 1 Section 10: Powers Prohibited of States
"No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation...." Treaty - "ratified agreement between two or more nations or sovereigns; a contract between two or more countries that is adhered to by the nations party to it; an international agreement between two or more states that is governed by international law." Alliance - "a group of countries, political parties, or people who have agreed to work together because of shared interests or aims". Confederation - "Union of sovereign states linked by treaties, whose common government does not directly exercise its sovereignty over their territory"; "a group of people, countries, organizations, etc., that are joined together in some activity or effort". Treason - "the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance..."; "the crime of doing something that harms your country or government..." Are Idaho state legislators and the governor himself engaging in acts that violate the U.S. Constitution even though the Idaho Oath of Office requires a vow to "support the Constitution of the United States"? It appears there is a very strong question as to certain elected officials being in violation of this oath by their activities. Let's hypothesize that is the case. Making this alliance possible through a statute, the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER) is a "public-private nonprofit" that is comprised of several northwest states, including Idaho, and several Canadian Provinces. President Pro Tempore Sen. Winder serves on the Executive Committee; Gov. Brad Little, Senators Burtenshaw, Taylor, and Representatives Raybould, Green, and Shepherd serve on the Delegate Council, with Representatives Gannon and Wisniewski and Senators Lent and Semmelroth serving as Council alternates. There is also a Private Sector Council made up of corporations, some of which are global. PNWER has numerous working groups, and as a confederation, it works on issues that remove state sovereignty as "The gold standard of U.S.-Canada Relations". To further his alliances, Gov. Little is a member of the Western Governors Association (WGA) and its corporate sponsors. This is a group that promotes "collective action" policies, brought Agenda 2030 to Idaho, and extends its alliance through socialization with foreign countries, perhaps moving it from an alliance into a confederation. There is also the National Governors Association (NGA) in which Governor Little is a member. and its long list of global corporate partners. Its program areas are similar to Idaho issues. This group declares it improves "citizens' lives" on "matters of public policy and governance at the state, national and global levels." Working at a global level just shoved it to a confederation. Funding information for the NGA is elusive. Back in 2010 Idaho scarfed up $60,000 for dues, but saved $10,000 for skipping events. However, corporate partners can pay for "exclusive access to governors during meetings and conferences" plus other benefits (pg 15) that Idaho citizens are not allowed. Through its partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals ideology and agendas are offered through the NGA Center for Best Practices (a money making machine, funded by federal grants and private and corporate donations). Is this in itself not an act of treason? On a really frightening note, back in 2019 the NGA sponsored the U.S. China-Governors Collaboration Summit, an initiative created by Hillary, inviting China into local governments. Fortunately, the U.S. Department of State recognized this threat and it was put to a halt in 2020. However, this didn't stop Governor Otter from expanding "these healthy international relationships", or Governor Little from engaging with foreign countries. Even though Governor Little labeled this as an "agreement", does it qualify as a treaty without legislative approval? How can either be so obtuse? As no surprise, a 2019 Minzhi-Tsinghua study found Governor Little has a "friendly" attitude towards China (pg 31). Contained within the NGA is the Council of Governors (COG), created by the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in 2008, and through Executive Order 13528 in 2010, "to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State Governments to protect our Nation against all types of hazards." Basically, COG destroys state sovereignty of being separate from the federal government, and yours truly, Governor Little, is a council member, appointed in September, 2023. Could this fall under an alliance or confederation? Or is this violation acceptable since it was created by the federal government? Democratic and federal influence seems to be the forefront of this collective alliance through a confederation (pg 4) and promoted with the Democratic president being host of the NGA 2023 winter meeting (20" mark), at which Governor Little was in attendance. In case a governor forgets, the NGA also has a refresher course on a governors' powers and authority. In spite of its kindergarten level Disagree Better initiative, looks like it may have dissidents in the ranks. Putting forward a good front that he is all in for his party, Governor Little also belongs to the Republican Governors Association (RGA), which lays claim that Republican leadership is a "contrast of what’s happening under Democrats’ leadership in DC". What a bunch of malarkey. Governor Little, along with the rest of RGA governors, maintains an alliance with the "bipartisan" NGA. The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is an organization that brings state legislators together as an alliance voluntarily. The State Chair for Idaho is Rep. Sage Dixon who also serves on the Board of Directors, and on the Federalism and International Relations task force. ALEC has other task force groups and has worked on many issues, truly fitting the description of a confederation. Often through this group, bills are introduced to the legislature, heavily influenced by corporations. Although there is no reference to corporate involvement on its current website, archived websites indicate "ALEC provides a forum for the private sector to provide practical input on how state public policy decisions can impact jobs and the local economy". Its 2018 Strategic Plan did mention some private partners, and a goal to "increase the number of meetings with major donors and prospects (individuals, foundations and corporations)" (pg 18). These are the "policies", or acts, recommended for 2023. So this group writes up an act, or bill, seeking to have it passed by legislators. It may be a stretch to quantify this as a treaty, but it does have that smell. A written document from different political authorities between states for the purposes of ratification by states. Hmm.... There is also the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL). Legislative leaders that belong to NCSL include Representatives Moyle, Blanksma, and Rubel, and Senators Winder, Anthon, and Wintrow. Its mission "is to advance the effectiveness, independence and integrity of legislatures and to foster interstate cooperation". Although not linked by a treaty, it seems the NCSL acts like a confederation that does not promote the exercise of sovereignty over one's own territory, instead having control over its committees by an Executive Committee. The NCSL encourages the use of contracts between states, or treaties which are forbidden by the Constitution. To influence decisions the NCSL has its own (allegedly non-partisan) list of policy influencers on different issues and policy direction. Who needs input from Idaho constituents when you have experts to fill the bill? The Council of State Governments (CSG) is another alliance which includes 13 western states via CSG West. CSG "provides state legislators and legislative staff with valuable relationship building and professional growth opportunities through a variety of member-driven, regionally focused programs and services", and "membership is automatic". On the Executive Committee are the same NCSL folks, Senators Winder, Wintrow, and Anthon, along with Representatives Moyle and Rubel, right there along with Canada, a foreign country. Does confederation come to mind? How convenient that Idaho legislative leaders belong to these groups. Now, involvement in this CSG West confederation isn't limited to those just mentioned. It also includes Senators Lent and Ward-Engelking on the Education Committee; Senators Hartgen, Guthrie, and Semmelroth on the Agriculture & Water Committee; Senator Burtenshaw on the Canada Relations Committee; Senators Lent, Just, Semmelroth, and Rabe on the Energy & Environment Committee; Senators Harris, Taylor, and VanOrden on the Health Committee; Senators Rabe and Wintrow as Co-Chairs on the Housing Committee; Senators Schroeder and Taylor on the River Governance Committee; Senators Bjerke and Wintrow on the Public Safety Committee; Senators Lakey and Ruchti in the Legislative Oversight Working Group; and lastly, Rep. Furniss on the Westrends Board. Lt. Governor Scott Bedke has his own little clique to be part of, the National Lieutenant Governors Association (NLGA) and its pack of corporate partners. It also has international missions with multiple countries and a host of resolutions to push upon return to the legislature. Not to be left out, both Bedke and President Pro Tempore Winder belong on the State Legislative Leaders Foundation (SLLF) Board of Directors. It is nauseating that this group thinks it has "respect for the institution of the state legislature, and a moral commitment to protecting the integrity of that institution", especially when the Advisory Council is nothing but global corporations and other affiliations. Gentlemen, enjoy your trip to Myrtle Beach, SC to cavort with your buddies this spring, the legislative session will be over just in time. Good grief, where does Governor Little and these legislators find time to govern Idaho? Seems like they are pretty busy flitting across the country to pal around with others and make plans for Idaho. It comes as no surprise that Idahoans are not listened to, and fed up. Other organizations are doing the work of legislators and those legislators adopt whatever bilge is handed to them. Why spend the time listening to Idahoans, it is easier to use what is made available to them. How about Idahoans make it simple for these folks. A select group of Idahoans, with expert knowledge on these same issues, can come together, provide "legislative oversight", and offer "suggestions to improve government accountability, transparency, and responsiveness" that the legislature so desperately seems to need, and provide far better solutions. Aren't the people supposed to have the power? Heck, maybe all of this is a stretch, surely legal minds would rip this hypothesis to shreds. There are limitations to the definition of treason, "ensure that the conduct itself demonstrated a defendant’s intention to betray the United States"; "defendant’s disloyal intent must be evident from the witnessed acts themselves"; "if there is no intent to betray, there is no treason.” "In other words, the Constitution requires both concrete action and an intent to betray the nation before a citizen can be convicted of treason." Clearly, one can assume that these elected officials have no intent to betray the United States, they most likely really believe they are doing good for Idaho and the country. Regardless, the concept of these regional groups, and those who are involved in them, is repugnant, betray our country and state for not following the Constitution, and betray the consent of the people. The harm to Idaho extends far beyond just their involvement with the Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI) Anyone who has read this far must be outraged. Isn't it apparent there is no government system anymore? It isn't about political parties, it is about the destruction of our Republic in which both parties participate. These bodies of alliances and confederations are destroying Idaho, and our country. Though not technically treason, it does demonstrate no loyalty to our country, and it does advance the corporate takeover of our government. Meanwhile, as other countries honor those who sacrificed their lives to resist tyranny annually, we sit on our keisters, not organizing our own resistance against these quislings. As everyone learns about the backdoor deals made by the government on censorship over the last several years, there are promises of more censorship that loom in the future based on stopping mis/disinformation, Disinformation is defined as " false information deliberately and often covertly spread (as by the planting of rumors) in order to influence public opinion or obscure the truth", and misinformation is defined as "incorrect or misleading information". There really isn't much difference between the two, both are speak to propaganda and lying.
Unbeknownst to many, whoppers of lies have already been thrust upon us for years because of the relationships between the United Nations (UN), corporations, and the World Economic Forum (WEF), forcing Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) down our throats. The UN Global Media Compact, launched in 2018, "seeks to inspire media and entertainment companies...to leverage their resources and creative talent to advance the Goals." It includes "more than 30 founding media organizations – encompassing more than 100 media and entertainment outlets". Members of this compact include A&E with its brands; Devex which is a media platform for the global development community with numerous other partners over which it has influence; Discovery; and Scientific American for filtering out any science that conflicts with the SDG objectives. ATTN is another member, a "social video publisher", and "production studio and creative agency offering best-in-class storytelling, audience insights, and social content creation" that includes several brands. Not that publishers haven't already been inserting SDG into textbooks. In 2020, the International Publishers Association (IPA) launched the SDG Publishers Compact for "publishing books and journals that will help inform, develop and inspire action" in the direction of championing the SDGs. The "The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Book Club" aims "to encourage children ages 6-12 to interact with the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals" along with other objectives. Red flags to look for are the communications materials. This really extends the lying into more publications, especially towards children. Holtzbrinck Publishing Group, a WEF partner, is a German holding company that unites "world-leading publishing houses across the globe". This includes publishing companies in the U.S. such as Macmillan that includes MacMillan Learning, and SpringerLink. One also must not forget the largest school textbook publishers that are also WEF members such as McGraw-Hill, Pearson, and Cengage Learning. Very few publishers are left that do not inject the SDG ideology into educational books. WEF has its own censorship, or rather propaganda body, the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, or GARM, run by the World Federation of Advertisers, another WEF partner. Its focus is "to address harmful and misleading media environments" by "collaborating with publishers and platforms". And its list of corporate members is long, all pushing sustainable development. In 2020, the WEF also launched its Power of Media initiative "to enhance trust, improve diversity and representation in media, build social cohesion through entertainment, culture and sport, and build back a better and sustainable media ecosystem". This is being spread through gaming, TV, advertising, movies, and books. To demonstrate just how powerful this initiative is, the WEF partnered with Accenture, an organization that facilitates the reinvention and "rapid transformations" in corporations. Through this, media reinvention corporations "can reap financial benefits", and shape "attitudes...towards diversity...at an early age", The WEF knows full well that "Media and entertainment have the power to shape our perspectives...". The days of Andy Griffith are over. Managing social media and online communication information will be the responsibility of the UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Its report, Guidelines for the governance of digital platforms: safeguarding freedom of expression and access to information through a multi-stakeholder approach, will create an "Internet of Trust" that will ban "misinformation,” “disinformation,” “hate speech,” “conspiracy theories while promoting cultural and gender diversity. through global policies" and "used in ways that are conducive to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals." The WEF has plans for using metaverse (pg 104), “a combination of augmented, virtual and mixed reality environments that are accessible and interactive in real time” in media and entertainment, as part of its scheme "to influence people’s perspectives and livelihoods." Harming children is the goal of metaverse. To help combat any misinformation is NewsGuard, providing "transparent tools to counter misinformation for readers, brands, and democracies" using AI tools. Ratings for credibility, based on nine journalistic criteria, are given for whatever is read. Be sure and look for that rating icon posted in what you read, especially when you want the truth on health matters. Like Winston in 1984, this takeover of all information is really about the elimination and removal of information, information that will no longer even be available for censorship. Information will be routinely discarded and the only information that will be available will be produced by these organizations and what they think you should know, and think. In doing so, humans are being brainwashed with only information the UN and WEF want you to know. Access to anything else will be gone. Manipulated propaganda will continue to be incrementally accepted, while the future for everyone is being designed. To see how glaring the removal of information has already occurred, compare an 8th grade history book from 1965 to a current one. Through a massive campaign the SDGs are being forced into our lives. It isn't censorship, it is editing facts and information, similar to the book burning in Germany, or the removal of statues. History erased with only a sustainable future as the truth. Pretty much everything in the Bible provides guidance on how to live one's life. In the never ending movement to usurp control over all aspects of life, the United Nations (UN) is now working on capturing control over religious institutions.
Most large religious institutions have adopted the UN Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This includes the Catholic Church, although its stance on abortion is still questionable; Episcopal Church; Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS); United Methodists, although there is a faction of those congregations who are refusing to comply; Presbyterian Church; and the Lutheran Church. It might be surprising to know that even Islam has adopted the SDG. For the Baptists, the American Baptist Association and American Baptist Churches USA don't specifically mention anything about the SDG. However, the Baptist World Alliance is a UN recognized non-governmental organization (NGO) which obligates them to carry out UN goals. The Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism supports the SDG, and the World Jewish Congress is also a UN recognized NGO. The UN itself has created several organizations for the purposes of hijacking God's word. Among them are the UN Parliament of World's Religions and Faith for Earth Coalition. It also has an Interagency Task Force on Religion and Sustainable Development with its Multi-faith Advisory Council. Actalliance, a global faith-based coalition, and devout SDG follower, has a pretty impressive list of religious members. As a UN recognized NGO, the World Council of Churches captures quite an array of faiths to spread SDGs that includes the Disciples of Christ, American Baptist Churches, Methodist, Lutheran, and Presbyterian faiths. Not all faiths are followers of the Bible, however, most others have some form of guidance that is followed. The beauty of our Republic is the freedom to exercise one's own religion. Because America was founded on the principles of Christianity, it is worth taking a look at how those principles are being altered. Throughout the Bible there are chapters giving guidance on how to live a Christian life. It is the Ten Commandments that everyone should have imprinted on their hearts, especially Commandment #1, "You shall have no other Gods before Me". This is the Commandment the UN is in the process of trying to replace with itself and Mother Earth. In 2022, "dozens of religious leaders" came together from across the world, carrying not the Ten Commandments, but the Ten Principles for Climate Repentance. These principles are a mockery of the Ten Commandments. Religious leaders gathered at Sinai to receive those "Climate Justice Ten Commandments” as part of COP 27. Concurrent events were held around the world and repentance ceremonies continue to be held. Listen to these faith "leaders" twisting God's word at COP 27 here as it deteriorated into a discussion about economic injustices, the question of a "sustainable population" for the earth, how to lead younger generations away from God's word, and using an app rather than a Bible to lead one's life. The Presbyterian church even has a wallet sized card that can be carried to remember one's duty to the SDG. The UN goal is to bring all religious faiths together and help them work together on these replacement principles. Helping to guide faith institutions is its booklet on Faith Actions, and its book, Faith for Earth: A Call For Action. King Charles, a devout follower of the SDG, is doing his diligence by bringing together faith leaders and lead them away from God's word. In honor of bringing faiths together the Abrahamic Family House was created in Abu Dhabi, where a mosque, church and synagogue sit on a piece of ground facing each other. There are often stark differences between faiths and their teachings. However, the common thread being use to bring them together are the SDG, the new Bible and its teachings, and the UN is using that as an advantage to remove God and His word to bring itself and Mother Earth to the top. Religions for Peace is another organization that brings religious institutions together and supports the SDG. Members include representatives from the Methodist faith, UN, Catholic, and LDS faith. Who needs the Bible or Ten Commandments when you have the SDGs? America doesn't have a mental health problem, it has a spiritual problem. It is no wonder membership to any faith is declining when you have those faith leaders turning their backs on God and His word, instead replacing it with a man-made version from Satan. Bible verses already provide the guidance on caring for the earth and ourselves, and how to bring peace in the world. Somehow, along with the other SDGs, SDG 16 is the new answer to peace. There will never be any peace when Satan has entered, and been accepted, by our churches. It might be worthwhile to discuss this with one's local church leaders and learn if the SDGs are being adopted. If not, then perhaps a discussion needs to ensue that Satan may be lurking to bring this evil into the church. Through the education system, parental roles and rights have been incrementally diminished. Across America, parents are fighting to take that role back. However, in typical fashion, the ne'er do wells continue to create avenues for control over children.
The U.S. Department of Education (USDOE) just awarded United Way of Treasure Valley (UWTV) $6,486,447 to implement a "five-year Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS)" grant that will support "non-profits and other public or private organizations and institutions" to "expand community schools." In collaboration with "non-profits, health providers, private partners and other agencies" the intent is "to coordinate and deliver services like health care, mental health and nutrition services, afterschool and summer programming and high-quality early learning programs." The total "expected funding" will be $45,945,645 that will "serve" 20,000 Idaho students, about $2,300 per student. What isn't being disclosed is that this vaguely defined purpose to "deliver" health and mental health care is part of a larger program to continue undermining parental rights and authority. This delivery service system, called School Based Health Centers (SBHC), has been ravaging America for several years. And now, in the Treasure Valley, this United Nations (UN) partnered non-profit, UWTV, will have its hands on the kids. United Way was founded in 1887 by religious leaders. Along the way it lost its foundation by joining in partnership with the UN in 1975. United Way has since adopted the 17 sustainable development goals (SDG). That is how embedded it is with the UN. No longer is it about a school nurse tending to boo-boos or calling a parent to come pick up their child. SBHC are intended to supplant the parental provider choice by providing a full scope of services, a literal health clinic in the school, that can include health checkups, labs, medication, counseling, vaccinations, ongoing care for chronic health conditions, dental and eye exams, and sexual reproductive services. As a UN non-governmental organization, the American Academy of Pediatrics supports these clinics. It also adds to the financial strain in Medicaid. UWTV also collects data, not only on children, but also on that child's family. This information can also be shared with its partners that includes the government, hospitals, educational institutions. and corporations, some of which are Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI) and World Economic Forum (WEF) members. Although not yet in Idaho, the School-Based Health Alliance (SBHA) is one such group aiming for children, complete with corporate and government partners, and data collection. This organization might find an opportunity to expand its reach through UWTV. There is one SBHC in Marsing. More information on SBHC can be found here, and starting at the 5" mark, this video provides more details on what these centers do with information about parental consent. Stand for Health Freedom also has more information. Health and education are very much a part of the UN SDG 3 and 4. For the UN and WEF, health is attached to the success of the worker bee, and just like education, it means snatching a child's health status as a critical component of meeting its future workforce needs. Oh yes, Idaho children can be directly connected to the UN and WEF. What better parents can you ask for? Children's Health Defense posted an interview between James Corbett and Meryl Nass with an update on the ever evolving World Health Organization pandemic treaty. It continues to have frightening aspects to it. There are also links to the information discussed in the video underneath the video.
Another point that Dr. Nass raised was a graphic created by one of her followers that really helps condense the chaos that is being created in different areas for justification of a new system to be brought in. The graphic can also be viewed on her substack account. Apparently Senate President Pro Tem Chuck Winder tighty-whities are in a wad.
Senator Glenneda Zuiderveld wrote a post that clearly, and accurately, revealed the truth about the sad state of affairs in our government by exposing the relationships of some government officials to the corporate world. There isn't one iota of misrepresentation in what she wrote. In response, Mr. Winder has chosen to remove her as vice chair of the Health and Welfare Committee, claiming she was attacking people, defaming them, and was degrading and disrespectful to them. How does stating the truth defame anyone? Even a court of law would uphold her statements as being nothing more than factual. He even included in his comments the possibility of future threats towards her. It is no secret the deep ties that the Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI) has with elected officials and the legislative decisions being influenced based on those relationships. Mr. Winder was probably lucky that Sen. Zuiderveld didn't go farther in exposing how all of this is tied to the more global agendas, his tighty-whities might no longer have remained white. Instead, his idea of being a responsible and ethical elected official is to punish those who address the truth and point fingers at other groups, just a mere tactic of distraction. He has previously called these groups a "threat" to democracy, clearly not understanding we are a Republic. Mr. Winder needs to quit projecting his own fears onto others, and abusing his role over them. By removing Sen. Zuiderveld as vice chair, Mr. Winder has basically committed the same sin he has laid upon his accused by degrading, defaming, and being disrespectful to a member of the Senate body. Maybe the truth is that Sen. Zuiderveld was getting a little too close to home by not exposing his own involvements with outside groups that are supported by huge global corporations, making decisions, along with all his other legislative minions, that are not representative of constituents but with other countries and states. Or maybe he is too threatened in knowing he may get exposed for his activities that enmesh the government with corporations, advancing crony capitalism. Who pays for these trips? Mr. Winder's corporate buddies? Or the taxpayer? Yes, Mr. Winder should be scared and his retaliatory actions are indicative of just that. He fails to see his responsibility as an elected official to represent the people, and is more than guilty of the same offenses that were brought to light by Sen. Zuiderveld. Maybe it would be helpful for him to have a come to Jesus moment where all of his transgressions are confessed, maybe that would turn the legislature around to a body that represents the people, not the corporate world. One confession should be that he, himself, is an IACT pet as an endorsed candidate. and that his voting record shows his loyalty to IACI (pg 22). IACI tracking elected officials is not any different from any other group that he points fingers at. Mr. Winder has clearly made himself look like a fool. His actions are retaliatory and he doesn't understand that he is acting like nothing more than a schoolyard bully standing up for his friends. By doing so he has validated the very issue brought up by Sen. Zuiderveld. Winder should exit his position and be voted out of office by his constituents as he is nothing more than a hypocritical leader. The United Nations (UN) released its "Concluding observations on the fifth periodic report of the United States of America" on November 3, 2023. It is a scathing report on the United States. These are some highlights on the issues the UN thinks America has done correctly and areas that America needs to improve. All of them relate to the sustainable development goals.
The CCPR stands for the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, however the "International" language is left out of the title. It is from this document that the UN is making its accusations that the U.S. has not met its obligations. Essentially, the U.S. is no longer honoring the Bill of Rights, but instead is honoring an international document. Positive 1. "he Respect for Marriage Act, Executive Orders 14075 “Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Individuals”, and 13988 “Preventing and combating discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation”. There are a few others, but the majority is negative. Principal matters of concern and recommendations "The Committee remains concerned at the lack of measures to effectively incorporate the Covenant in the domestic legal order." "The State party should take all measures necessary to ensure that all rights protected under the Covenant are incorporated and given full effect in its domestic legal order at the federal, state, local and territorial levels." What this is saying is that the federal government has not forced these policies into states. National human rights institution "...the State party should establish an independent national human rights institution in accordance with the Paris Principles as a matter of priority, with a mandate to ensure implementation of the Covenant and monitor compliance with its provisions at the federal, state, local and territorial levels." Again, force states to adopt this and ignore the Bill of Rights. Hate crimes and hate speech Essentially, this section has dictates that the U.S. should "prevent and publicly condemn hate speech, particularly those by politicians and high-level officials"; "provide effective training to law enforcement officials, judges and prosecutors to investigate hate crimes"; and "Investigate hate crimes thoroughly, ensure that perpetrators are prosecuted and, if convicted, punished with appropriate sanctions, and provide access to victims and their families to full reparation." Racial profiling 13.b "Investigate and prosecute all allegations of racial profiling and provide effective remedies to the victims"; d. "Train federal, state, local and territorial law enforcement officials on ethnic and cultural awareness and the unacceptability of racial profiling". Discrimination on the basis of nationality Calling Proclamation 9645 of 24 September 2017 a "Muslim ban" when it was primarily about prohibiting the entry of terrorists into the U.S., the UN lauded Proclamation 10141 that ended it. Gender equality Here the UN is again telling the United States to amend its Constitution, "The State party should redouble its efforts to guarantee protection against sex and gender-based discrimination in its Constitution". Violence against women "The State party should intensify its efforts to prevent, combat and eradicate all forms of violence against women and girls, including domestic violence and sexual violence" The UN should probably look at its own agency and its violent and sexual acts against women. Discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity Again, the UN doesn't understand how the Republic of the United States works, thinking that the government has dictatorial power over the states. "The State party should adopt all measures necessary to ensure that state laws that discriminate against persons based on their sexual orientation and gender identity are repealed". Maternal mortality, voluntary termination of pregnancy and sexual and reproductive rights "the State party should take all the necessary measures at the federal, state, local and territorial levels to ensure that women and girls do not have to resort to unsafe abortions that may endanger their lives and health. The State party should, in particular: (a) Provide...access to abortion for women and girls throughout its territory; (b) Put an end to the criminalization of abortion...and consider harmonizing its legal and policy framework with the World Health Organization’s Abortion Care Guidelines; (d) Remove existing barriers impeding access to abortion care, including inter-state travel restrictions (e) Continue its efforts to guarantee and expand access to medication abortion" Gun violence "...the State Party" should strengthen...its legislative and policy measures requiring background checks for all...ammunitions acquisition and transfer...; banning...restricting access to firearms...under domestic violence restraining orders...repealing immunities for any entity operating in the firearms industry". These mandates essentially strip 2nd Amendment rights. Criminalization of homelessness "Abolish laws and policies criminalizing homelessness"; "Intensify efforts to find solutions for the homeless...including redirecting funding from criminal justice responses towards adequate housing and shelter programme". In other words, homeless can do whatever they want, break the law, and funding for our protection should be diverted to them. Freedom of expression Making a mockery of our 1st Amendment, the UN mimics it with the word "expression". However, the UN expects the U.S. to "Increase its efforts to ensure that state laws and school districts regulations on educational materials and books fully comply with article 19 of the Covenant." Article 19 states " 3. The exercise of the rights provided for in paragraph 2 of this article carries with it special duties and responsibilities. It may therefore be subject to certain restrictions..." So the UN wants early training on restrictions to free speech, or as it puts it, free "expression". Freedom of assembly Another mockery of our Bill of Rights, except they are including restrictions, "ensure that any restrictions, including administrative and criminal sanctions against individuals exercising that right, comply with the strict requirements of article 21 of the Covenant". Article 21 states, "No restrictions may be placed on the exercise of this right other than those imposed in conformity with the law and which are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security or public safety, public order (ordre public), the protection of public health or morals or the protection of the rights and freedoms of others." There is even a section on Voting rights. So there is a very quick summary. What is amazing is how much of this garbage is already in the works in the federal government, and stunning how much the U.S. has already, and continues to be influenced. When will we put an end to it? As the Israeli and Ukraine wars rage on, and protests by a minority receive inflated media attention, there is a more ominous story brewing that is not in the media spotlight.
BRICS is the acronym for Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South America. Goldman Sachs first used the term BRIC in its Global Economics Paper in 2001. Russia, India, and China leaders met informally at the G8 Outreach Summit in 2006, with foreign ministers from these countries meeting formally at the United Nations General Assembly later in 2006. The first BRIC Summit was held in Russia in 2009 with South Africa joining in 2010, changing the name to BRICS. Supposedly, these countries gathered primarily for the purposes of creating an easier trade system between their countries. What should one think, knowing that major dictators like Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping are part of a group leading an economic transformation opposite of the western world? These countries have a "shared commitment to restructure the global political, economic, and financial architecture to be fair, balanced and representative, resting on the important pillars of multilateralism and international law." The general feeling is that these "developing", or Global South countries have always been left behind from the developed countries in economic matters. As far as the World Economic forum (WEF) is concerned, this is fine as "America's dominance" will be over by 2030. Traditional G7 "developed" countries are comprised of the U.S., UK, Germany, France, Japan, Italy, and Canada. However, BRICS does perceive itself as a "mechanism to counter the global influence of the G7" and reduce the "dominance of the U.S. dollar in international trade and finance." The fact that this group is comprised of significantly different cultures and political ideology makes advancement a little difficult, and that pesky China poses a challenge. But as always with despots, the greed of money and more power can glue them together. Indeed, China is urging that "more countries join...to make global governance more fair and reasonable.” Formidable advances have been made by this group, in 2020 "BRICS (31.4 per cent) overtook the G7 (30 per cent)" in GDP with China and India in the lead. Perhaps the new "Global South" will be the new dominant force for the new world order. Argentina, Egypt, Iran, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will join BRICS in 2024 with other prospective members in the future. This "expansion signifies an important move in the attempt to reshape the global order into a multipolar world, with voices from the Global South at the center of the international agenda." With Saudi Arabia and the UAE, BRICS will have "more influence over global energy supplies" giving the group production "over 42 percent of global oil supplies and 37 percent of the world’s gas." In 2014 BRICS established its own bank, The New Development Bank, which expanded to include Bangladesh, UAE, and Egypt. Its focus is projects that support a full blown implementation of sustainable development goals (SDG). China is generally considered to be the leader of BRICS, is calling for more expansion, and urging "members to let more countries join...to make global governance more fair and reasonable.” BRICS has also given consideration to developing its own currency, one way being similar to what the European Union did with the euro. Its existence has also contributed to the de-dollarization that has been occurring. There have also been talks about developing a digital currency. One could view this as a buildup of economic power rather than the traditional build up of armament and troops. With the addition of the other countries in 2024, BRICS will have almost half the world's population (47%), will produce a third of GDP (37%), and possess "the lion’s share of the world’s oil and gas reserves, as well as a huge endowment of other natural resources." How much possible economic damage could BRICS cause the rest of the world with these statistics? As usual, there are those who downplay the significance of BRICS, and there are multiple varying opinions from armchair experts. However, the United Nations (UN) is certainly in support of BRICS for a "multipolar" world "based on the UN Charter and international law." In the BRICS Declaration, it avows the "central role of the United Nations in the international system" (#13), and its full support of Agenda 2030 (#35). It also wants a reform of the Bretton Woods institutions, institutions that have been in place since WWII. In its most recent meeting, held in August, 2023, BRICS created its new Declaration II, with an overall, general, endorsement of the UN. The document itself sounds like a conglomerate of countries joining hands for Agenda 2030, the EU having already adopted it. The U.S. is surrounded by a world of sustainable development. Folks, this transformation of the world is really closer than you may think. What is the U.S. government response to BRICS? ""Participating in BRICS is a sovereign decision for member countries". Interestingly, the U.S. State Department reported "When it comes to the BRICS, we’re deeply engaged with its leading members." Engaged about what? With the U.S. pointing fingers at Iran as being a backer of terrorism, how will Iran fit into the BRICS Counterterrorism Working Group? Demands from this group are not limited to economic concerns. It also wants more representation in leadership positions through the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF), ""comprehensive reform” of the UN which Beijing regards as central to global governance", and increased representation by developing countries in the United Nations Security Council. One theory about BRICS is that it is part of an intentional collapse of the economic system in order to create a one world economic system, and bring in a digital system that would in turn force everyone into the digital world. What can Idaho do to thwart this threat? The simpleton solution seems to be the creation of its own economic power. Maybe create its own state bank, placing more emphasis on gold and silver as legal tender for a shield, investing more into Idaho resources that can be used to support the state, and reducing dependence on federal dollars. In other words, can Idaho stay out of the global economy as much as possible? After all, BRICS sees what they are doing as an economic protection from sanctions, why can't Idaho do the same by protecting itself from outside economic forces? In 2015, the world was forewarned about this by Christiana Figueres. "...we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years...". There are many economically savvy individuals in Idaho, some of whom have written about the way in which Idaho should shift its economic future. Those opinions would be welcome on this subject. A Constitutional Convention, or Con-Con, is found in Article V of the U.S. Constitution. There are basically two ways amendments can be made to the U.S. Constitution.
Alex Newman from the New American magazine has a short explanation of the fallacies behind the current effort to hold a Con-Con and some of the scheming tactics being used to promote it. Robert Brown from the John Birch Society provides a historical perspective of Article V and why the current pressure for a Con-Con is underway, and why it is a bad idea. |
