is sometimes easy to write about all the issues elected officials get wrong by not stopping the tremendous damage being done to our state, and country. However, this time a tremendous thanks is owed to Attorney General Raul Labrador for joining twenty four state attorney generals and objecting to a Securities and Exchange Commission proposed rule change titled Self-Regulatory Organizations; New York Stock Exchange LLC; Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change To Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual To Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies,” 88 Fed Reg. 68,811 (October 4, 2023). Essentially, this rule would have authorized the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to list Natural Asset Companies (NAC) on its exchange. As a result of the attorney generals letters, and other opposing parties, the NYSE withdrew this proposal. The leadership shown by these attorney generals is so desperately needed in all bodies of our government, the willingness to stand up and voice objection to not only an unlawful move by the federal government, but also protecting the rights of citizens.

The Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 1-8 were previously covered. SDGs 9-15 are covered here.
Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (8 Targets) - For the SDGs to be fully implemented, America's infrastructure must be changed. One target is the "adoption of clean and environmentally sound technologies" which includes the elimination of fossil fuels and movement towards electric vehicles, use of LED lighting, and "smart" homes. But the more nefarious part of this target is building an infrastructure that will track everyone. Another Goal 9 target is "Significantly increase access to information and communications technology and strive to provide universal and affordable access to the Internet...". Again, this is part of Goal 4, the internet will be used to indoctrinate everyone on sustainable development (SD) and the SDGs in addition to the ability to track everyone with a digital ID. Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities (10 Targets) - This goal is probably the most blatant in terms of what is happening today. One target is to "promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all" which accounts for the forced acceptance of anyone regardless of behavior. Another target easily seen being implemented, "Facilitate orderly, safe, regular and responsible migration and mobility of people", albeit the current flood of people at the border is hardly safe or responsible, but migration is a problem now seen around the world. But, migration is needed for building the workforce, creating cultural diversity, and loss of sovereign identity. Goal 11: Sustainable Cities & Communities (10) Targets - The first target of this goal is access to "adequate, safe and affordable housing" along with other targets for "transport systems", access to "green spaces", and focusing on "disaster risk reduction". The current homeless problem has only escalated across the U.S. with this goal, but most cities have placed emphasis on building "affordable housing", improving transport systems, integrating green spaces, and disaster reduction plans. Changing city designs has always been a top priority for the UN as it will be used as a means to control how humans live with condensed housing, restricted movement, surveillance, and monitoring of resource use. Goal 12: Responsible Consumption & Production (11 Targets) - Targets in this goal include "halve...global food waste at the...consumer levels", or put more simply, reducing food waste which Idaho has adopted. Another target is to "reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse", again adopted by Idaho. In fact, in its agreement to implement the SDGs, the Environmental Protection Agency is working hard to implement SDG 12.3. Goal 13: Climate Action (5) Targets - This has very blatant targets, "Integrate climate change measures into national policies, strategies and planning". This has been successfully forced by the federal government, but not necessarily by law. Another target, "Improve education, awareness-raising...on climate change...". One cannot avoid the constant barrage of this messaging. Goal 14: Life Below Water (10 Targets) - Reducing marine pollution is a target that is seen with the focus on ocean plastics pollution; over fishing is being looked at; and regulating fish harvesting has started; Goal 15: Life On Land - There are 12 targets in this goal and probably of most interest to Idahoans because it involves forests, protected species, and habitat. The overall goal is protection, conservation, and restricted use "in line with obligations under international agreements" such as the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). One target touts "sustainable management" of forests and because of these practices there has been more destruction with fires and disease. There is also the emphasis on "conservation", a target being met by the federal government without congressional authorization (30x30), and is in line with the IUCN. Another target met is the focus on reducing invasive species. There is more but this goal is being heavily implemented. Goal 16: Peace, Justice, & Strong Institutions (12 Targets) - Several targets in this goal are paradoxical as most currently have opposite outcomes such as reducing violence, ending child exploitation, and institutional accountability and transparency. The United Nations (UN) itself is seen as corrupt. However, perhaps the most threatening target is "provide legal identity for all". This involves advancing the World Economic Forum (WEF) digital identity agenda that will provide the ability to track everyone and everything they do. However, even worse, it involves genetic tracking starting at birth. One has to go back to Agenda 21 chapters 15 and 16 to really understand this goal. Chapter 15 discusses the conservation of biodiversity based on the Center of Biological Diversity (CBD), while Chapter 16 discusses the "Sound Management Of Biotechnology". Biodiversity includes humans per the CBD, and biotechnology "is a science-driven industry...that uses living organisms and molecular biology to produce products", including "genetic engineering" and changes in DNA. Gold bioinformatics "refers to methods healthcare workers use to gather, store, and analyze biological data...and DNA sequencing" and "applied in other areas such as genomics" and nanobiotechnology, or bioinformatics. Putting it simply, Agenda 21 talks about using genetics and biotechnology not only in the environment, but in humans as well. This explains why one of its areas of use, vaccines, is being genetically created, and now humans are on the radar for the same. Children's DNA is being gathered in many states, often without parental consent, stored (including Idaho), and analyzed or sold. That genetic information is also being gathered through sites such as Ancestry and 23andMe. While the National Human Genome Research Institute blathers on about privacy, it and its cohorts are oblivious to the fact that there should be no engagement in this field at all. Since this all originated out of the UN, there should be no doubt that sharing of this information is with the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) as outlined in Chapter 16. Technocrats from around the world are working on inflated ideas that with pharmaceutical partners, they can control the future of mankind. They might as well just force us to have a number tattoo, the intention is the same. Goal 17: Partnerships For The Goals - The targets for this goal are broken down into five sections: Finance, Technology, Capacity Building, Trade, and Systemic Issues. Sections are needed because Agenda 2030 is about changing the economic model of capitalism and it will take global partners that includes countries, corporations, and laws to change that system. Under the section Systemic Issues, there is a subsection called Multi-stakeholder partnerships. This includes "effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships". Public-private partnerships (P3) are being practiced at all government levels and includes non-governmental organizations (NGO) and corporations. This can also be called corporatism or crony capitalism. It does not mean representation of the people; it is representation of anything but the people. Another subsection is Data, monitoring and accountability. This includes on all people down to the most microscopic detail. This is the basis for digital identity and everyone having access to the internet which are two foundations for tracking humans. Also included in partnerships is indoctrination by the media and using it for censorship. As noted under SDG 4, everyone is to be educated on SD. The UN SDG Media Compact members are used for that purpose, Next will be a summary on the Agenda 2030 SDGs. For countries that adopted Agenda 21 in 1992, the goal was embedding its framework into their respective governments under the ruse of "sustainable development". As previously noted, Agenda 21, known as sustainable development (SD), was implemented in the United States in 1993 by W.J. Clinton. Just a short 22 years later in 2015, the United Nations (UN) compressed that framework into a more defined list of 17 sustainable development goals (SDG), calling it Agenda 2030. In these 17 goals, there is not one area of life that is not impacted, and the goals all overlap each other. The smoke screen in this game has always been that climate change is the catalyst for these needed changes in human lives, and that overpopulation has been a stressing factor.
Fortunately, these 17 goals are a little more specific and understandable than Agenda 21, which helps in understanding how the UN, with its multiple partnerships, intends to transform how humans live. The false premise is that these necessary changes will help slow climate change, help people live a better quality of life, and create a better, and more "equitable" world. However, the intent is really to dictate how everyone lives, and eventually control those lives. Over the course of the last 20 years, there has been some success in doing just that. The easiest way to recognize just how much of this agenda has been executed is to look at SDG targets and indicators of each goal. Targets are activities to be achieved to reach the goal and indicators are the measure by which it is determined if the target is met. Each goal is to be achieved by 2030, and some of the targets in the first 8 goals will be reviewed here. The irony of the SDG is that in some cases conditions have become worse. Goal 1: No poverty (7 Targets) - Two targets include reducing those who are living in poverty at least by half, and implementing social protection systems. The numbers vary among different countries but according to the World Bank there was an increase in the "number of poor people from 648 to 659 million" in 2023. This has happened in spite of the billions of dollars spent on social protection systems such as health care, housing, and income. Goal 2: End hunger, improve nutrition (8 Targets) - One target ensures everyone has access to adequate and nutritious food. Yet, at the same time, media is flooded with "food insecurity" messages, that people can't get enough access to food. On the other hand, the obesity crisis has reached an all time high. How can it be that people can't access food yet are experiencing an obesity crisis? Goal 3: Good Health & Well-Being (13 Targets) - Targets for this lofty goal includes reduction in maternal deaths (they are rising), "strengthen the prevention and treatment of substance abuse...including narcotic drug abuse" (drug use is rising while billions are poured into treatment), and to increase the healthcare workforce (it's struggling). On the other hand Agenda 2030 has been very successful with other targets such as access to reproductive healthcare and vaccines for all. The devastation caused by these last two targets are apparent. Goal 4: Quality Education (10 Targets) - Two targets are education on SD and early childhood education. While the U.S. Department of Education was part of the original President's Council on Sustainable Development, the indoctrination on SD really accelerated in 2010. Multiple Idaho universities, and others, promote both SD, and placing children in care outside of the home in order for mothers to join the workforce. The real goal? The earlier children can be captured, the earlier they can be indoctrinated on SD and the education system has been changed for this very purpose as seen in Goal 8. Education on SD is not limited to educational institutions, it also includes all forms of the media. While the use of the media and entertainment was addressed in Agenda 21, but not so specifically in Agenda 2030, it is still being implemented. Newspapers, television, commercials, movies, advertising, magazines...anything and everything has been used for indoctrinating everyone on SD. In 2018, the UN launched the SDG Media Compact with members from across the world. It is through UN partnerships with media outlets that has led to so many problems with censorship and prohibition of factual information, opposite of its claims of freedom of expression. Although UN partnerships with book publishers, including children's text books, has been going on for years, a new aggressive drive for SD in written material is underway. Goal 5: Gender Equality (9 Targets) - This target is pretty advanced, to "Adopt and strengthen sound policies and enforceable legislation for the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls at all levels", and women who have been promoted continue to advance it. Note the word "gender". As one example, this target plays a role in the current donnybrooks in sports and bathroom polices. Goal 6: Clean Water & Sanitation (8 Targets) - One target is increasing water recycling, which is occurring throughout Idaho. The federal government used the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) monies to meet this goal and the Idaho cities and counties that took that money have implemented the SDGs. Yes, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was the first federal agency that signed to implement SD and the SDGs. Goal 7: Affordable & Clean Energy (5 Targets) - As can be seen with the aggressive push for wind and solar energy, the target for increasing renewable energy is advancing rapidly. However, this is at a cost to the environment from the waste both produce, which points to the fact this agenda has never been about protecting the environment. Goal 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth (12 Targets) - "Decent" work for all isn't really defined but one target suggests putting more youth to work. Another target, "decouple economic growth from environmental degradation", again not defined, references efficiency in consumption and production. This goal is vague in order to hide the agenda that children are being steered towards science, technology, engineering, and math degrees (STEM) that will serve future corporate workforce needs in SD. Part 2 will cover the remaining SDGs, 9-15. In 2021, concern was raised about the Idaho K-12 Civics and U.S. History standards, adopted in 2016. "Lack of specificity is both cause and consequence of a more general lack of rigor" (whatever that means). However, "Enormously broad injunctions and thin, disjointed, thematically scattered content" does describe one defect of these standards. In December, 2023 a committee was formed to revise the social studies standards in which the history standards are included.
Content standards are used "to establish some consistency in academic content statewide", determine what a student should know by the end of a particular grade, and to some degree what should be taught. This PDF is the Idaho Content Standards for Social Studies that outlines what is being taught in civics and history. Social studies is broken down into 5 categories: History, Geography, Economics, Civics & Government, and Global Perspectives. Within each category are goals that each grade must meet, K-12. The knowledge base gradually builds over the course of grades attended. Everyone is encouraged to carefully read through these standards for the specifics and determine their own perspective, but this general overview provides an understanding of what is really being taught from a very early age about American history and government. To understand why youth today have no understanding of America's history, and the significance of our country, reviewing the current standards might provide some insight as to why. Grades K-5 Grades K-5 have standards that appear to lead children towards believing in collectivism, being part of a global world, and government entitlements. Starting in kindergarten, over the course of these grades, the student appears to be progressively taught concepts that are the antithesis of America and being American. Some of these concepts taught in the categories are: History: "basic rights" of individual freedoms; evolution of democracy; how the "interpretation and application of the United States Constitution has evolved"; sharing information of families and their culture, individual similarities and differences; all people have needs and wants, some with limited resources; family traditions that came to America from other parts of the world; basic needs of people, such as food, clothing, and shelter, and things that people may want but do not need; how individuals and groups make decisions and solve problems, such as voting and consensus; to understand multiple perspectives and global interdependence while comparing life in other parts of the world, and family structures in various cultures around the world; a national identity is shared through patriotic symbols and holidays; difference between public and private property; contributions from other parts of the world to the development of the community; different cultural groups are compared in the community and the influence of that culture on lives; roles and relationships of diverse groups of people from various parts of the world who have contributed to Idaho’s cultural heritage and impacted the state’s history; challenges experienced by people from various cultural, racial, and religious groups that settled in Idaho from various parts of the world; meaning of tribal sovereignty; diversity within Idaho’s American Indian tribes; dispel misconceptions about American Indians today; awareness of the shared experiences of indigenous populations in the world; reservations are lands reserved by the tribes for their own use through treaties or executive orders and were not “given” to them; people and groups who make, apply, and enforce laws within...tribal governments; classmates' ancestors and where they immigrated from, with further discussions on migration and immigration, and why people immigrate; individuals becoming citizens and distinguish among obligations, responsibilities, and rights. Geography: basic geography is taught and how humans depend on the environment to meet their basic needs. Economics: identify wants and needs of families; define income and identify different ways to earn and save; the differences between goods and services, producers and consumers; concepts of supply and demand and scarcity; the purpose of a bank; concepts of personal finance; how basic needs of settlers were met; entrepreneurship and reasons for starting a business; Idaho’s role in the global economy; laws that provide benefits; economic rights. Civics & Government: community services are provided by the government; Tribal governments and its government structure; Tribal seals and federally recognized Tribes in Idaho; conflicts between liberty and equality, individual interests and the common good, and majority rule and "minority protections"; role of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, and national origin on the development of individual rights and political rights; distributed and shared powers between national and state governments; decisions are made by consensus; Idaho Treaties and the effect of federal policies on Tribes, along with comparisons between Tribes, and Tribal relations with government; colonization of Tribal lands and treaties; basic functions of state, local, and tribal governments, the governmental relationships between state, local, and tribal governments and governing structure of American Indian tribes in Idaho; Idaho reservations. Global Perspective: connections with other communities in the world; contributions from other parts of the world to the development of the community; awareness of the shared experiences of indigenous populations in the world; comparison of neighborhoods and communities with others in various parts of the world; different cultural groups are compared in the community and the influence of that culture on lives. In K-5 some information is taught about the Pledge of Allegiance and other patriotic symbols. Holidays and the reason for them, and basics on rules and why we have laws is taught. Other than the cultural impact in the development of America there is no mention of Christopher Columbus or the pilgrims, or why they came, however, how the 13 original colonies contributed to the founding of the nation is taught. There is no identified American traditions or values, they all originated from other countries or cultures. In fact, the concept of being American isn't clearly in the standards. There is no mention of teaching about American currency. The differences between people, traditions, income, and lifestyles are laid out early to reinforce differences rather than bonds of being an American, and instead being a citizen of the world. Individualism didn't appear in any of the standards but the concepts of citizenship, popular sovereignty, respect for the individual, equality of opportunity, and personal liberty are taught. Basic Idaho history doesn't appear to be introduced such as the initial explorers or the government structure of the state, counties, and cities, but the basic functions of state government is explained. The “concepts” of the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, “basic principles” of the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights are taught, along with majority rule with “minority rights”. It isn't clear that the understanding of Rule of Law that equally protects everyone appears anywhere. So it is with this basic foundation that moves the student to 6-12 grades. Grades 6-9 History is separated out into the Western Hemisphere and Eastern Hemisphere in grades 6-9 where students are taught an "understanding of the cultural and social development of human civilization"; the consequences of human impact on the physical environment; cultural patterns; pollution, and deforestation; different routes from colonial rule to independence taken by countries in the Western Hemisphere; ethnocentrism; benefits of global connections; indigenous cultures, European colonization, and spread of major religions. The standard of living of various countries and current economic issues in the countries are taught. Major forms of government are compared with the United States. Grades 6-9 World History And Civilization Concurrently, grades 6-9 are taught world history. Many concepts are repeats from previous grades. History: characteristics of early civilizations; technological advances; origins and characteristics of different social classes; how the structure of family changes in relation to socioeconomic conditions; why different religious beliefs were sources of conflict. Geography: reasons for major migrations of people; how the resources of an area can be the source of conflict between competing groups; how the population growth rate impacts a nation's resources; how rapid growth of cities can lead to economic, social, and political problems; how the conservation of resources is necessary to maintain a healthy environment. Economics: how people historically have relied on their natural resources to meet their needs; how economic opportunity and a higher standard of living are important factors in the migration of people; important economic organizations that have influenced economic growth. Civics and Government: role of government in population movements; political influences which shaped civilizations including the City-State, Monarchy, Republic, Nation-State, and Democracy; global expansion of liberty and democracy through revolution and reform movements in challenging authoritarian or despotic regimes Global Perspectives: absence of effective means to enforce international law; global consequences of major conflicts such as World War I, World War II, the Holocaust, and Cold War; why peoples unite for political, economic, and humanitarian reasons. Grades 6-12 - U.S. History I In addition, the student also studies U.S. History from grades 6-12 separated out into History I and II courses. History: concepts in cultures prior to "European contact"; the different cultural, religious, and social influences in the "North American" colonies; culturally & racially group experiences prior to the Civil War; causes and effects of compromises and conflicts in American Revolution, Civil War and Reconstruction; motives for and the consequences of slavery and involuntary immigration; concept of Manifest Destiny and its impact on American Indians; removal, reservations, and allotment that impacted American Indians historically and currently; common traits, beliefs, and characteristics that unite the United States as a nation and a society. Geography: Pre-Columbian migration and impact of the Columbian exchange; impact termination practices such as removal policies, boarding schools, and forced assimilation had on American Indians. Economics: emergence and evolution of a market economy; role of government policy and role of financial institutions in the early economic development of the United States. Civics & Government: development of our constitutional republic through founding documents, colonial assemblies, and colonial rebellions; fundamental values and principles as expressed in basic documents, including the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, and the United States Constitution; fundamental values and principles in conflict, such as between liberty and equality, individual interests and the common good, and majority rule and minority protections; how executive, legislative, and judicial powers are distributed and shared among the three branches of government and why powers are distributed and shared between national and state governments in a federal system; role of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, and national origin on the development of individual rights and political rights. Global Perspectives: significance of principle policies and events in the United States’ relations with the world, such as the War of 1812, the Monroe Doctrine, the Mexican-American War, and Spanish-American War; Grades 9-12 - U.S. History II History: how diverse cultures have enriched American society; significant movements for social change; motives for continued immigration to the United States; political and social resistance to immigration; impact of forced assimilation on identity of American Indians; emergence of the American labor movement; causes of the Great Depression; shift from the industrial to the technological society at the end of the 20th century. Economics: emergence of the modern corporation; development of a consumer economy; role of the modern United States in the global economy. Civics and Government: relationship between the three federal branches of government; impact of landmark cases, Plessy v. Ferguson and Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka; development and expansion of political, civil, and economic rights. Global Perspectives: competing belief systems including capitalism, communism, imperialism, totalitarianism, isolationism, and internationalism; significance of principal events in relations with the world, such as the Spanish-American War, World Wars I and II, the formation of the United Nations, the Marshall Plan, NATO, the Korean and Vietnam Wars, the end of the Cold War, and interventions in Latin America and the Middle East; Grades 9-12 - American Government History: understanding of the cultural and social development of the United States; historical milestones that led to the creation of limited government such as the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, state constitutions and charters, United States Constitution, Bill of Rights. Geography: impact of geography on the American political system, such as electoral politics and congressional redistricting. Economics: economic impact of government policy; different economic systems and relate each to different forms of government. Civics and Government: origins of constitutional law in western civilization, including the natural rights philosophy, Magna Carta, common law, and the Bill of Rights in England; philosophies, ideals, and objectives of the foundational documents of the United States; central principles of the United States governmental system and relationships among federal, state, local, and tribal governments; development and role of political parties; role of other political organizations; ways in which individuals become citizens and distinguish among obligations, responsibilities, and rights; the changing relationship among the branches of American government; how interpretation and application of the United States Constitution has evolved. Global Perspectives: mutual impact of ideas, issues, and policies among nations, including environmental, economic, and humanitarian; evaluate the role of the United States in international organizations and agreements. In History I & II, and American History, is Consent of the Governed even taught? Once a draft is completed the revised standards will be available to the public for comment. If there were ever a time to become involved, it will be when this draft is released. When the draft is released, look them over and have your recommendations ready for submission during the comment period. The final draft will be presented to the legislature in 2025. This is really a leftover of Common Core. "No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation...." Treaty - "ratified agreement between two or more nations or sovereigns; a contract between two or more countries that is adhered to by the nations party to it; an international agreement between two or more states that is governed by international law." Alliance - "a group of countries, political parties, or people who have agreed to work together because of shared interests or aims". Confederation - "Union of sovereign states linked by treaties, whose common government does not directly exercise its sovereignty over their territory"; "a group of people, countries, organizations, etc., that are joined together in some activity or effort". Treason - "the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance..."; "the crime of doing something that harms your country or government..." Are Idaho state legislators and the governor himself engaging in acts that violate the U.S. Constitution even though the Idaho Oath of Office requires a vow to "support the Constitution of the United States"? It appears there is a very strong question as to certain elected officials being in violation of this oath by their activities. Let's hypothesize that is the case. Making this alliance possible through a statute, the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER) is a "public-private nonprofit" that is comprised of several northwest states, including Idaho, and several Canadian Provinces. President Pro Tempore Sen. Winder serves on the Executive Committee; Gov. Brad Little, Senators Burtenshaw, Taylor, and Representatives Raybould, Green, and Shepherd serve on the Delegate Council, with Representatives Gannon and Wisniewski and Senators Lent and Semmelroth serving as Council alternates. There is also a Private Sector Council made up of corporations, some of which are global. PNWER has numerous working groups, and as a confederation, it works on issues that remove state sovereignty as "The gold standard of U.S.-Canada Relations". To further his alliances, Gov. Little is a member of the Western Governors Association (WGA) and its corporate sponsors. This is a group that promotes "collective action" policies, brought Agenda 2030 to Idaho, and extends its alliance through socialization with foreign countries, perhaps moving it from an alliance into a confederation. There is also the National Governors Association (NGA) in which Governor Little is a member. and its long list of global corporate partners. Its program areas are similar to Idaho issues. This group declares it improves "citizens' lives" on "matters of public policy and governance at the state, national and global levels." Working at a global level just shoved it to a confederation. Funding information for the NGA is elusive. Back in 2010 Idaho scarfed up $60,000 for dues, but saved $10,000 for skipping events. However, corporate partners can pay for "exclusive access to governors during meetings and conferences" plus other benefits (pg 15) that Idaho citizens are not allowed. Through its partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals ideology and agendas are offered through the NGA Center for Best Practices (a money making machine, funded by federal grants and private and corporate donations). Is this in itself not an act of treason? On a really frightening note, back in 2019 the NGA sponsored the U.S. China-Governors Collaboration Summit, an initiative created by Hillary, inviting China into local governments. Fortunately, the U.S. Department of State recognized this threat and it was put to a halt in 2020. However, this didn't stop Governor Otter from expanding "these healthy international relationships", or Governor Little from engaging with foreign countries. Even though Governor Little labeled this as an "agreement", does it qualify as a treaty without legislative approval? How can either be so obtuse? As no surprise, a 2019 Minzhi-Tsinghua study found Governor Little has a "friendly" attitude towards China (pg 31). Contained within the NGA is the Council of Governors (COG), created by the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in 2008, and through Executive Order 13528 in 2010, "to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State Governments to protect our Nation against all types of hazards." Basically, COG destroys state sovereignty of being separate from the federal government, and yours truly, Governor Little, is a council member, appointed in September, 2023. Could this fall under an alliance or confederation? Or is this violation acceptable since it was created by the federal government? Democratic and federal influence seems to be the forefront of this collective alliance through a confederation (pg 4) and promoted with the Democratic president being host of the NGA 2023 winter meeting (20" mark), at which Governor Little was in attendance. In case a governor forgets, the NGA also has a refresher course on a governors' powers and authority. In spite of its kindergarten level Disagree Better initiative, looks like it may have dissidents in the ranks. Putting forward a good front that he is all in for his party, Governor Little also belongs to the Republican Governors Association (RGA), which lays claim that Republican leadership is a "contrast of what’s happening under Democrats’ leadership in DC". What a bunch of malarkey. Governor Little, along with the rest of RGA governors, maintains an alliance with the "bipartisan" NGA. The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is an organization that brings state legislators together as an alliance voluntarily. The State Chair for Idaho is Rep. Sage Dixon who also serves on the Board of Directors, and on the Federalism and International Relations task force. ALEC has other task force groups and has worked on many issues, truly fitting the description of a confederation. Often through this group, bills are introduced to the legislature, heavily influenced by corporations. Although there is no reference to corporate involvement on its current website, archived websites indicate "ALEC provides a forum for the private sector to provide practical input on how state public policy decisions can impact jobs and the local economy". Its 2018 Strategic Plan did mention some private partners, and a goal to "increase the number of meetings with major donors and prospects (individuals, foundations and corporations)" (pg 18). These are the "policies", or acts, recommended for 2023. So this group writes up an act, or bill, seeking to have it passed by legislators. It may be a stretch to quantify this as a treaty, but it does have that smell. A written document from different political authorities between states for the purposes of ratification by states. Hmm.... There is also the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL). Legislative leaders that belong to NCSL include Representatives Moyle, Blanksma, and Rubel, and Senators Winder, Anthon, and Wintrow. Its mission "is to advance the effectiveness, independence and integrity of legislatures and to foster interstate cooperation". Although not linked by a treaty, it seems the NCSL acts like a confederation that does not promote the exercise of sovereignty over one's own territory, instead having control over its committees by an Executive Committee. The NCSL encourages the use of contracts between states, or treaties which are forbidden by the Constitution. To influence decisions the NCSL has its own (allegedly non-partisan) list of policy influencers on different issues and policy direction. Who needs input from Idaho constituents when you have experts to fill the bill? The Council of State Governments (CSG) is another alliance which includes 13 western states via CSG West. CSG "provides state legislators and legislative staff with valuable relationship building and professional growth opportunities through a variety of member-driven, regionally focused programs and services", and "membership is automatic". On the Executive Committee are the same NCSL folks, Senators Winder, Wintrow, and Anthon, along with Representatives Moyle and Rubel, right there along with Canada, a foreign country. Does confederation come to mind? How convenient that Idaho legislative leaders belong to these groups. Now, involvement in this CSG West confederation isn't limited to those just mentioned. It also includes Senators Lent and Ward-Engelking on the Education Committee; Senators Hartgen, Guthrie, and Semmelroth on the Agriculture & Water Committee; Senator Burtenshaw on the Canada Relations Committee; Senators Lent, Just, Semmelroth, and Rabe on the Energy & Environment Committee; Senators Harris, Taylor, and VanOrden on the Health Committee; Senators Rabe and Wintrow as Co-Chairs on the Housing Committee; Senators Schroeder and Taylor on the River Governance Committee; Senators Bjerke and Wintrow on the Public Safety Committee; Senators Lakey and Ruchti in the Legislative Oversight Working Group; and lastly, Rep. Furniss on the Westrends Board. Lt. Governor Scott Bedke has his own little clique to be part of, the National Lieutenant Governors Association (NLGA) and its pack of corporate partners. It also has international missions with multiple countries and a host of resolutions to push upon return to the legislature. Not to be left out, both Bedke and President Pro Tempore Winder belong on the State Legislative Leaders Foundation (SLLF) Board of Directors. It is nauseating that this group thinks it has "respect for the institution of the state legislature, and a moral commitment to protecting the integrity of that institution", especially when the Advisory Council is nothing but global corporations and other affiliations. Gentlemen, enjoy your trip to Myrtle Beach, SC to cavort with your buddies this spring, the legislative session will be over just in time. Good grief, where does Governor Little and these legislators find time to govern Idaho? Seems like they are pretty busy flitting across the country to pal around with others and make plans for Idaho. It comes as no surprise that Idahoans are not listened to, and fed up. Other organizations are doing the work of legislators and those legislators adopt whatever bilge is handed to them. Why spend the time listening to Idahoans, it is easier to use what is made available to them. How about Idahoans make it simple for these folks. A select group of Idahoans, with expert knowledge on these same issues, can come together, provide "legislative oversight", and offer "suggestions to improve government accountability, transparency, and responsiveness" that the legislature so desperately seems to need, and provide far better solutions. Aren't the people supposed to have the power? Heck, maybe all of this is a stretch, surely legal minds would rip this hypothesis to shreds. There are limitations to the definition of treason, "ensure that the conduct itself demonstrated a defendant’s intention to betray the United States"; "defendant’s disloyal intent must be evident from the witnessed acts themselves"; "if there is no intent to betray, there is no treason.” "In other words, the Constitution requires both concrete action and an intent to betray the nation before a citizen can be convicted of treason." Clearly, one can assume that these elected officials have no intent to betray the United States, they most likely really believe they are doing good for Idaho and the country. Regardless, the concept of these regional groups, and those who are involved in them, is repugnant, betray our country and state for not following the Constitution, and betray the consent of the people. The harm to Idaho extends far beyond just their involvement with the Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI) Anyone who has read this far must be outraged. Isn't it apparent there is no government system anymore? It isn't about political parties, it is about the destruction of our Republic in which both parties participate. These bodies of alliances and confederations are destroying Idaho, and our country. Though not technically treason, it does demonstrate no loyalty to our country, and it does advance the corporate takeover of our government. Meanwhile, as other countries honor those who sacrificed their lives to resist tyranny annually, we sit on our keisters, not organizing our own resistance against these quislings. Through the education system, parental roles and rights have been incrementally diminished. Across America, parents are fighting to take that role back. However, in typical fashion, the ne'er do wells continue to create avenues for control over children.
The U.S. Department of Education (USDOE) just awarded United Way of Treasure Valley (UWTV) $6,486,447 to implement a "five-year Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS)" grant that will support "non-profits and other public or private organizations and institutions" to "expand community schools." In collaboration with "non-profits, health providers, private partners and other agencies" the intent is "to coordinate and deliver services like health care, mental health and nutrition services, afterschool and summer programming and high-quality early learning programs." The total "expected funding" will be $45,945,645 that will "serve" 20,000 Idaho students, about $2,300 per student. What isn't being disclosed is that this vaguely defined purpose to "deliver" health and mental health care is part of a larger program to continue undermining parental rights and authority. This delivery service system, called School Based Health Centers (SBHC), has been ravaging America for several years. And now, in the Treasure Valley, this United Nations (UN) partnered non-profit, UWTV, will have its hands on the kids. United Way was founded in 1887 by religious leaders. Along the way it lost its foundation by joining in partnership with the UN in 1975. United Way has since adopted the 17 sustainable development goals (SDG). That is how embedded it is with the UN. No longer is it about a school nurse tending to boo-boos or calling a parent to come pick up their child. SBHC are intended to supplant the parental provider choice by providing a full scope of services, a literal health clinic in the school, that can include health checkups, labs, medication, counseling, vaccinations, ongoing care for chronic health conditions, dental and eye exams, and sexual reproductive services. As a UN non-governmental organization, the American Academy of Pediatrics supports these clinics. It also adds to the financial strain in Medicaid. UWTV also collects data, not only on children, but also on that child's family. This information can also be shared with its partners that includes the government, hospitals, educational institutions. and corporations, some of which are Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI) and World Economic Forum (WEF) members. Although not yet in Idaho, the School-Based Health Alliance (SBHA) is one such group aiming for children, complete with corporate and government partners, and data collection. This organization might find an opportunity to expand its reach through UWTV. There is one SBHC in Marsing. More information on SBHC can be found here, and starting at the 5" mark, this video provides more details on what these centers do with information about parental consent. Stand for Health Freedom also has more information. Health and education are very much a part of the UN SDG 3 and 4. For the UN and WEF, health is attached to the success of the worker bee, and just like education, it means snatching a child's health status as a critical component of meeting its future workforce needs. Oh yes, Idaho children can be directly connected to the UN and WEF. What better parents can you ask for? Apparently Senate President Pro Tem Chuck Winder tighty-whities are in a wad.
Senator Glenneda Zuiderveld wrote a post that clearly, and accurately, revealed the truth about the sad state of affairs in our government by exposing the relationships of some government officials to the corporate world. There isn't one iota of misrepresentation in what she wrote. In response, Mr. Winder has chosen to remove her as vice chair of the Health and Welfare Committee, claiming she was attacking people, defaming them, and was degrading and disrespectful to them. How does stating the truth defame anyone? Even a court of law would uphold her statements as being nothing more than factual. He even included in his comments the possibility of future threats towards her. It is no secret the deep ties that the Idaho Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI) has with elected officials and the legislative decisions being influenced based on those relationships. Mr. Winder was probably lucky that Sen. Zuiderveld didn't go farther in exposing how all of this is tied to the more global agendas, his tighty-whities might no longer have remained white. Instead, his idea of being a responsible and ethical elected official is to punish those who address the truth and point fingers at other groups, just a mere tactic of distraction. He has previously called these groups a "threat" to democracy, clearly not understanding we are a Republic. Mr. Winder needs to quit projecting his own fears onto others, and abusing his role over them. By removing Sen. Zuiderveld as vice chair, Mr. Winder has basically committed the same sin he has laid upon his accused by degrading, defaming, and being disrespectful to a member of the Senate body. Maybe the truth is that Sen. Zuiderveld was getting a little too close to home by not exposing his own involvements with outside groups that are supported by huge global corporations, making decisions, along with all his other legislative minions, that are not representative of constituents but with other countries and states. Or maybe he is too threatened in knowing he may get exposed for his activities that enmesh the government with corporations, advancing crony capitalism. Who pays for these trips? Mr. Winder's corporate buddies? Or the taxpayer? Yes, Mr. Winder should be scared and his retaliatory actions are indicative of just that. He fails to see his responsibility as an elected official to represent the people, and is more than guilty of the same offenses that were brought to light by Sen. Zuiderveld. Maybe it would be helpful for him to have a come to Jesus moment where all of his transgressions are confessed, maybe that would turn the legislature around to a body that represents the people, not the corporate world. One confession should be that he, himself, is an IACT pet as an endorsed candidate. and that his voting record shows his loyalty to IACI (pg 22). IACI tracking elected officials is not any different from any other group that he points fingers at. Mr. Winder has clearly made himself look like a fool. His actions are retaliatory and he doesn't understand that he is acting like nothing more than a schoolyard bully standing up for his friends. By doing so he has validated the very issue brought up by Sen. Zuiderveld. Winder should exit his position and be voted out of office by his constituents as he is nothing more than a hypocritical leader. WWII was the last Constitutionally declared war by Congress with all multiple subsequent conflicts being decided by an unelected council. While many countries participated in the fight to end Nazism, it was the force of American men who supported those countries in ending the most tyrannical regime of the 20th century.
In 2022, it was estimated the only 167,284 of those veterans are still alive. But that does not account for the 16 million Americans who served during the war, and the estimated 420,000 who died. For all those sacrifices, including those who did not engage directly in combat, we must be reminded especially of those who took a bullet for us. How are Americans honoring their sacrifice? The saying goes, you'll never meet an atheist in a foxhole. Yet America has made sure that the very faith that carried these Americans through the war and at home has been wiped from its soul. And we are making sure children don't understand the role of faith in their lives. Education has been allowed to take control over children, ensuring the sacrifices made for them by Americans are never taught, instead, filling their heads with a fantasy world of equality, lack of want, forever peace, and transforming individual thought to one of collectivism and group think. What was a selfless society that gave and sacrificed for men who fought, we now have a world full of self-absorbed individuals demanding their entitlements, proclaiming their right to anything they want and how they behave, and falsely deserve while taking their selfies, with forced tolerance by others. Millions of foreigners are flooding America with zero intent for allegiance or loyalty to it, with little desire to understand the significance of its history, or appreciation for those who fought for it. How are those who took a bullet for us being honored? What sacrifices are being made to preserve what they fought for? What more can be done beyond a "Thank you for your service", annual days of remembrance and parades, or an occasional movie that depicts their sacrifices? Those Americans took a bullet for us protecting our country....and this is how we carry that responsibility, by not defending anything, but rather choosing to elect a senile man to act as as a totalitarian, letting non-American entities make decisions about how the world's future will look and how lives will be lived, and watching as unconstitutional federal agencies run amok. Instead, we choose to sit by and ruminate over stories meant only for distraction from the real destruction being carried out under the guise of constant predictions of doom and gloom, and being led by the nose with constantly changing false narratives. And who needs a government anymore, social engineering of a society and decision-making by science will work better for a socially just and equitable society. Under the ruse that all of this is being done for "future generations", in reality future children will not be allowed to decide their own future, it is being decided for them, right now. This is so opposite from those who fought to protect our freedom to choose. This is how we guard what was entrusted to us? Out of the many ways in which we could take our sovereignty back, both as individuals and a country, we refuse to do it. Is it because of fear? Choosing to lament about these conditions on social media instead of discussing actions and solutions...this is the sorry way in which to honor those who took a bullet for us. Maybe the United Nations, World Economic Forum, Mr. Global, and all the other corrupt groups are right. As society has descended into moral decay and separation from the Constitution while continuing to acquiesce, maybe there does need to be more control over humans with surveillance to ensure that everyone is behaving appropriately, or rather accepting their dictates of compliance. Access to goods should be controlled with a central bank digital currency to ensure that no one gets more than their fair share. Maybe population growth should be lowered and controlled so fewer deplorables are around. The assaults we are currently under might be greater than any America has faced before. Not only are we under siege by a world of corporations, groups that are systematically blurring our sovereign boundaries with regional decisions, but we are also under siege by a government that literally is as tyrannical as King George, and we know who is at the helm of this oligarchy with minions that are rolling out dictates they want, while violating laws that were written to protect our rights. Just as if it were a daily Pearl Harbor, the same assaults are being forced on us...every day, because we are not fighting to protect ourselves. Cities built with dense housing, renewable energy, electric vehicles, controlling appliances, increased government dependency, migration, more surveillance, loss of free speech and censorship, central bank digital currency instead of a dollar bill, government in bed with corporations, money being sucked out of every working individual to give to other countries and to those who contribute nothing...and the list of assaults is growing. And here we sit here, doing nothing, many times hiding behind those who have been willing to put their lives and livelihoods in front of those enemies. Why are so many unwilling to take the bullet, especially now before the real bullets begin to fly? The current status would probably be best described by these soldiers as a complete FUBAR. But this is the thanks we have chosen to give them. What will it take to awaken the sleeping giant again? On June 20, 2023 Idaho Attorney General Raul Labrador sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Interior regarding Opposition to Proposed Rule “Conservation and Landscape Health. While this is about Boise, every Idahoan should be on the alert for it happening in their city.
The Boise City Council recently approved a massive change in the city's zoning codes that will "permit the inclusion of more housing units, diverse housing options, and an increase in mixed-use districts. This is called upzoning, and consequently, development along transit corridors will be denser, combining both residential and retail spaces", opening the door to more money. A copy of the 611 page Boise Zoning Code Adoption Draft can be found here. One group fighting this change is Reject Boise Upzone. Among many other concerns, issues they raise include a lack of citizen involvement in the decision, a resulting lack of affordable housing and reduction in lot sizes, increasing ADU sizes, and the fact that "2 of 6 council members were not elected by public vote". Resources for other information can be found on their website. Traditional zoning codes are now perceived as exclusionary, damage equity, inhibit growth, and should be eliminated. There is also some thought that these codes perpetuate segregation and hinder sustainable development. Changing these codes addresses equity in every way possible. There is truth to this. Why should a person who works their arse off to better their lives be allowed to have property that isn't made available to others? Some think changes in zoning codes don't go far enough. After all, housing is a human right. So what is upzoning? Simply put, it is "changing the zoning code to allow taller and/or denser buildings", thereby creating more development. But it isn't just building size and numbers, it goes much farther with a drastic reduction in single housing lots and size, increased accessory dwelling units (ADU), reduced car use, and increased mass transportation with more walking and biking. Somehow, this is supposed to create social justice, equality, and protect the environment. These zoning changes are also typically built near mass transportation to move all those extra people around, and "promote inclusionary growth". ADUs can be built on existing single family lots. An addition can be added to the house, the space above a garage converted to an apartment, or a separate unit on the lot can be used for rent. Or a home can be split in half creating a rental unit. The whole purpose is to increase the number of people living on one lot, providing more housing "affordability", options, equity, and inclusion, and protect the environment from less car use. From where does all of this nonsense originate? The 1968 Fair Housing Act barred discriminatory practices regarding housing. In 2015, the then president decided to create some new rules to "combat segregation and wide-spread discrimination in neighborhoods". Basically, these rules began surveillance of housing to identify "patterns of integration and segregation, racially and ethnically concentrated areas of poverty, disproportionate housing needs, and disparities in access to opportunity.” In 2020, President Trump rescinded this rule. As soon as the current administration came into office, the rule was reinstated and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reinstated it in 2021. This brings the requirement of ensuring cities have a blend of housing that meets the needs of all, including workforce housing for the influx of migrants. None of these rules fall under any congressional law. The theory: It isn't perceived as fair that lower income populations are not allowed to live in wealthier areas. Single family homes are hoarded by the wealthy so development in those areas should be mixed with lower income populations, and minority integration for inclusion, equity, and social justice. Tucked inside this debacle was the idea of loosening zoning regulations to increase housing availability. Like any other fad, or agenda in this case, the idea flourished and has already been executed in places such as Seattle, New York, and Oregon in spite of evidence that it does not increase affordability. There is also the issue of gentrification, which is the influx of the wealthy "white" into poor areas to renovate homes or businesses, increasing property values, but not housing supply. This whole agenda is a rehash for high density, compact, and mixed-use housing, but now it is invading private property rights, based on the fallacy of racism while pursuing social justice and social engineering objectives. How will a neighbor's decision to build an ADU affect your property value? Or having a ten story high rise apartment complex built next to your single family lot? This Brookings article covers some upzoning issues. It is also a step closer to the 15 minute city concept. Housing and the homeless have been a focus of Boise Mayor Lauren McLean. The most current data shows there are 687 people "without housing" in Boise, 101 of those without shelter. She supports the notion of preventing eviction, paying people's rent, and "increasing affordable units". In 2022, McLean joined House America with other mayors, in exchange for federal goodies to create more housing that feeds right into the mortgage industry, and may bring an opportunity to pursue more money for spending on her pet project as she already has. While background information on Ms. McLean is fluffy and Boise oriented, and she preaches her love of Boise ad nauseam, the truth is she is far more involved in activities and groups that are distant from Boise, and Idaho for that matter. Along with Rep. Ilana Rubel and many national figures with whom she can hobnob, Ms. McLean is one of the NewDEAL leaders, "who are pro-growth progressives" that are just full of ideas. The Mayors Institute on City Design (MICD), "a leadership initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts", guides Ms. McLean towards transforming Boise towards big city projects. The American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) gives Ms. McLean an opportunity to learn about China for a global perspective. Wonder if she understands "the people who gave their lives for China" were actually murdered along with many, many others. As a Notre Dame graduate, she is gutting the very place she believes is "so special". Having a degree in environmental policy, Ms. McLean is very much an environmentalist, being responsible for building a wall of no growth around Boise so the city can be more compacted and congested with people. She also supports the America the Beautiful 30x30 plan, to conserve 30% of land by 2030. In this interview, she discusses how she has moved Boise towards that goal by planting trees, having full support of residents, and fluffing over the source of her climate objectives. But, she ain't telling the whole story of what she is really doing. America Is All In, led by Michael Bloomberg as appointed by the United Nations Special Envoy on Climate Ambition and Solutions, is an organization that supports climate action, and in which Ms. McLean belongs. She has set a target for city government to be carbon neutral by 2035, and the community with a target of 2050. The Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCoM) "share a long-term vision to combat climate change". A regional partner with this organization is the Climate Mayors of which Ms. McLean is a member and participant. As part of the Climate Mayors, she signed a letter committing to "adopt, honor and uphold Paris Climate Agreement goals" and was recently assigned to a steering committee to "strengthen city climate action". As a side note, GCoM is a participant with the World Economic Forum (WEF). Being carbon neutral by 2050 is a WEF goal, and her "100% “clean” energy by 2030" goal also belongs to the WEF. Her upzoning plan comes straight out of the objectives in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, while the WEF sees ADUs as one way to alleviate the housing crisis. Her playbook for WEF housing begins on page 18. Another GCoM partner is C40 Cities which has an Urban Planning agenda for reducing greenhouse gas emissions that promotes development in transit-oriented locations with an emphasis on affordable housing, and works toward a model of compact communities and 15 minute cities. Along with Climate Mayors they have a guidebook on how to spend money for these climate actions. In an effort to appear loyal to America, Ms. McLean is a member of the United States Conference of Mayors, where she can bring information back from the global elite to contaminate the minds of other mayors under its Alliance for a Sustainable Future, climate program, and MICD in which she is involved. Ms. McLean's agenda and associations with deep pockets doesn't go unnoticed by those paying attention. As a Democrat she has no qualms about using taxpayer money to grow the government for her agenda and "transform" it into being more equitable. For sure, she is using the WEF roadmap for Boise's climate action plan. The WEF vision is her vision, and mission. That's right, Ms. McLean is taking Boise down the WEF Great Reset path that will end up being a smart city or a 15 minute city design. There will be no escape as cars will no longer be available for escaping. Thanks to Ms. McLean, representing Boise citizens, and how they want their city to look and progress, has been taken over by outside organizations. Ms. McLean is bringing all of the WEF miasma and totalitarian objectives to Boise citizens that will also have an impact on surrounding cities. The goal has always been to infiltrate local governments with Agenda 21 objectives, and this is how the Great Reset gets integrated at a local level. That must be what the majority wants, as they elected Ms. McLean. |
