EPA promoting Agenda 21
This is interesting. Here is an EPA website that lists their partnerships with the United Nations (UN). One UN program they promote is Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED). The truth is that LEED is a program of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) a UN NGO. The EPA is partners with the United Nations. The EPA accesses technological information and then with their relationship with the UN shares that information, another Agenda 21 goal. Chapter 31, Scientific And Technological Community, of Agenda 21 states: 31.4.b Promote regional cooperative mechanisms to address regional needs for sustainable development. Such regional cooperative mechanisms could be facilitated through public/private partnerships and provide support to Governments, industry, non-governmental educational institutions and other domestic and international organizations, and by strengthening global professional networks; 31.4.d Strengthen science and technology advice to the highest levels of the United Nations, and other international institutions, in order to ensure the inclusion of science and technology know-how in sustainable development policies and strategies; Chapter 34 title: Transfer of Environmentally Sound Technology, Cooperation and Capacity-Building 34.4 There is a need for favourable access to and transfer of environmentally sound technologies, in particular to developing countries...such cooperation entails an iterative process involving government, the private sector, and research and development facilities to ensure the best possible results from transfer of technology. 34.14.b To promote, facilitate, and finance, as appropriate, the access to and the transfer of environmentally sound technologies... The EPA Environmental Technology Verification Program ..."was created to accelerate the entrance of new environmental technologies into the domestic and international marketplace..." Another accomplishment of Agenda 21 and our government, transferring technological information to other countries at a cost to Americans. The EPA Design for the Environment program has several businesses participating with them who are also UN business partners including Starbucks, HP, IBM, and Philips. Businesses tying into the government and the UN. A unique example of corporatocracy and fascism.
