Here is some more information on these groups, the parent being UnitedHealth Group, a UN NGO.
Optum is the organization Idaho Medicaid has contracted with to manage mental health care and substance abuse treatment. Among other things they:
provide population analytics
have data warehousing solutions
and "State and federal agencies across the country rely on our data, insights, and solutions"
Many of the Optum leaders are connected to UN affiliated organizations.
At the top UnitedHealth Group Foundations you will see social responsibility, click on that link and it will take you to the foundation that is using your money to support Agenda 21 causes and redistributing wealth. Under America's Health Ratings you will see a joint publication with the American Public Health Association, a UN NGO. Another example, UnitedHealth Group redistributed your money to a non-profit in Mississippi.
To the left you will see a link to Environment, click on it and it takes you to how their company is engaging in Agenda 21 sustainability. On the left is By the Numbers where you can look at their 2012 Social Responsibility Report which outlines Agenda 21 goals they promote, including building LEED certified buildings, a program of the US Green Building Council, a UN NGO.
UnitedHealth Care is a UN affiliated health insurance company that is promoting UN and Agenda 21 goals, using your money to do it, and using your personal health information and data to control our health care market. Surely Idaho has the ability to retain its financial resources and provide health care to Idahoans in a more ethical and cost effective manner, between physician and patient, where it belongs.
