The EPA is the most powerful regulatory agency being used against us. The EPA has regulatory power over many areas and is unchecked by Congress.
As early as 1990, the EPA incorporated the United Nations (UN) into federal legislation in the Global Research Act:
•Section 203(2)(2) “Coordination of global change research plans with those developed by International organizations such as…the United Nations Environment Program”
In 2011 the EPA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the United Nations to:
•Strengthen environmental capacity & national governance
•Create healthy communities
•Transition to a green economy
•Respond to global challenges EPA regulations cover
Water is a precious resource of which the UN wants control. The overall objective of Agenda 21 is to satisfy the freshwater needs of all countries for their sustainable development.
The reader is encouraged to read Chapter 18. It contains the future plans for the use of your water and how it should be regulated. Here are some examples:
18.39. (d) To participate, as far as appropriate, in international water-quality monitoring and management programmes such as the Global Water Quality Monitoring Programme (GEMS/WATER)...
18.50(iii) Linkages between national water plans and community management of local waters;
18.54. The implementation of water-supply and sanitation programmes is a national responsibility. This also means that national authorities, together with the agencies and bodies of the United Nations system and other external support agencies providing support to national programmes, should develop mechanisms and procedures to collaborate at all levels.
Transboundary Water Governance is the plan to share water across all boundaries.
Hillary Clinton agreed we need to share water.
The US Army Corp of Engineers is participating with the UN on water governance.
In 2009 the US Senate introduced a bill to put water under federal jurisdiction but it failed.
The UN even assesses our water through their GIWA program.
EPA exceeding their authority is being challenged.
