Woman's "Right" to Contraceptives
Don't be fooled by BHO and his determination in making sure every women has the right to contraceptives. He is only promoting Agenda 21 and the United Nations (UN) goal of making sure every woman has contraceptives. The ultimate goal here of course is to reduce the population.
Here is just one paragraph from Chapter 6 in Agenda 21 on a woman's "right" to contraceptives.
6.26. Governments should take active steps to implement programmes to establish and strengthen preventive and curative health facilities which include women-centred, women-managed, safe and effective reproductive health care and affordable, accessible services, as appropriate, for the responsible planning of family size...
Here is the UN website for the United Nations Population Fund that outlines a woman's "right" to contraceptives. So thanks to BHO we are once again forced into abiding by the UN goals and objectives through Obamacare, forced to pay for every woman's contraceptive regardless if we believe in its use or not, and redistribute wealth from one to another.
Right now there is a major concern that the United States southern borders are not being protected and that no effort is being made to stop the influx of illegal immigrants from countries such as Guatemala and Central America. No effort is being made to stop it. It is Agenda 21 at its finest.
It is well established that Agenda 21's goals are to erase borders of countries, create regional sections within each country, and have the United Nations (UN) as the governing body of the world.
The UN Millennium Development Goals (MDG) post 2015 agenda includes mass international migration. According to their site, "After 2015, efforts to achieve a world of prosperity, equity, freedom, dignity and peace will continue unabated." The current administration is a strong supporter of the UN and when the UN calls for an expansion of its's agenda this administration is not far behind.
The United Nations Media Global News outlines the importance of international migration as part of achieving MDGs. To quote the UN,
"Calling migration the UN’s “most ambitious task,” UNGA President John Ashe called on the international community’s collective responsibility to enhance migration as positive to development, as well as to protect the rights of migrants.
“Well-managed migration reduces poverty and contributes to development. Migration must receive its place in the post-2015 development agenda.” said Ashe. “Change is never simple.”
“Achieving universal goals for primary school enrollment, for example, might lead to national targets aimed explicitly at expanding access for migrant children, regardless of immigration status,” added Clark.
“We all know that migration is the fastest, most efficient way to help people escape poverty.
“We know that migration – in the broader sense, human mobility – is the vastly under-used engine for international development and economic growth.”
If there is any doubt that this dumping of illegal individuals into the US is a surprise this WND article will show that it is a deliberate action on the part of Mexico, Central American, and the US. Here is a video of a panel comprised of individuals from Mexico, Central America, and the United States discussing why there should be migration between these three countries. Our hero from the Iraq war, David Petraeus is even in on the game, here are his words on this video.
As long as Congress takes no action against the President and his refusal to address our lack of border security there will continue to be a unprecedented rise in the number of illegal immigrants into our country. And the sooner we will be under the total control of the UN.
"And order and progress can only come when individuals surrender their rights to an all-powerful sovereignty."
We don't often have access to speeches that are made in other countries. Freedom Outpost captured this statement on video in Brussels. The following statement was also made, "Ordinary men and women are too small minded to govern their own affairs." Are these statements not the antithesis of what America is about?
Increase UN Funding
As noted in previous posts BHO, who as a senator in 2007 submitted a bill, The Global Poverty Act, which essentially gave all control over to the UN, loves the UN. He has now proposed a 33% increase in funding to the UN, a percentage going for "peace keeping missions". Does he mean an army outside of U.S. military? While downsizing our military he is using our tax dollar to increase a foreign military, perhaps for future use in more easily managing Americans? Just something to ponder.
The New American has an interesting take on this budget increase.
Advancing Agenda 21
Hang onto your seat, the United Nations is preparing to advance their agenda on us, and BHO is in line with helping them.
Here is an article on John Podesta who is the U.S. representative to the UN High-Level Panel on the Post-2015 Development Agenda. Notice "Global governance is also important to the authors of the report" and "They call for more work on global governance...". As noted in the article his job is "setting the stage to radically transform the world’s economic, environmental and social agenda." That includes the United States.
Here is a copy of the report, A New Global Partnership: Eradicate Poverty and Transform Economies Through Sustainable Development. Those involved in this report "...concluded that the post-2015 agenda is a universal agenda. It needs to be driven by five big, transformative shifts:"
1. Leave no one behind
2. Put sustainable development at the core
3. Transform economies for jobs and inclusive growth
4. Build peace and effective, open and accountable institutions for all.
5. Forge a new global partnership
Some highlights include:
"We recommend that any new goals should be accompanied by an independent and rigorous monitoring system...". They have accomplished this through Obamacare and Common Core in addition to numerous other data collection systems.
"2015 is the target date set in the year 2000 for the achievement of the MDGs and the logical date to begin a second phase that will finish the job they started..."
"...growth has to be supported by a global economy..."
"A renewed global partnership will require a new spirit from national leaders, ...it will require many others to adopt new mind-sets and change their behaviour. ...The new global partnership should encourage everyone to alter their worldview, profoundly and dramatically."
"National governments have the central role and responsibility for their own development and for ensuring universal human rights. They decide on national targets, taxes, policies, plans and regulations that will translate the vision and goals of the post-2015 agenda into practical reality."
"Foundations, other philanthropists and social impact investors can innovate and be nimble and opportunistic, forming bridges between government bureaucracies, international institutions and the business...sectors."
"Climate change. ...we recognise that already there is a need to build climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction into regional and national strategies, and encourage countries to focus on these plans."
"International Migration: The universal human rights and fundamental freedoms of migrants must be respected."
"...new goals should be accompanied by an independent and rigorous monitoring system, with regular opportunities to discuss results at a high political level. We also call for a data revolution for sustainable development, with a new international initiative to improve the quality of statistics and information available to people and governments."
"An Example of a Multistakeholder Partnership in Practice: Delivering Quality Education: The Global Partnership for Education (GPE)...coordinating education’s many players...directs funds to a single local group in a country...includes educators, development agencies, corporations (domestic and global),... philanthropic organizations...GPE’s funds come with technical support to strengthen the national (or provincial) education plan. GPE helps create capacity to monitor progress. Its work is whatever the country deems necessary:...building...early-childhood centres; training teachers or writing curricula in mother tongues; distributing textbooks, adding vocational programs or digital learning systems with corporate partners (Microsoft, Nokia and publisher Pearson now offer digital, mobile educational tools around Africa)."
"The revolution in information technology over the last decade provides an opportunity to strengthen data and statistics..."
Page 44 through 68 goes through 12 specific goals to accomplish.
BHO has devoted $1 billion towards a "climate resilience fund". He has forced Obamacare and Common Core on us, of which both are major post-2015 goals. It appears the UN has become more brazen in advancing their agenda to complete their goal of global governance. The next two years hold the possibility of their succeeding unless we, as Americans, fight back.
A National Academy of Sciences (NAS) report released 12/3/13 states, "...sudden changes in the earth's climate could occur much sooner than scientists originally calculated. The earliest changes could occur in decades, if not sooner, according to the report."
NAS is a non-profit that is actually a UN business partner, scroll down under other organisations. In the article it also points out that the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) "...predicted major changes in temperature to gradually begin to change anywhere from 2030 to 2095. But the report by the National Academy of Sciences claims the climate is noticably [sic] heating up at a quicker pace than originaly [sic] predicted." The UCS is a UN NGO.
Take a moment to look at the 11/6/13 post, Climate Change Adaptation, under the Barack Obama category. The UN is stepping up the urgency to prepare for climate disasters which BHO is promoting and now it looks like these two UN affiliated organizations are stepping up the warnings to comply.
Here is an example of your tax dollar being used to create a public-private partnership between WebMD and the federal government to indoctrinate you on the benefits of Obamacare.
The Hill - WebMD promoting Obamacare
Exchange Healthcare Reform
This is the danger we are in, the federal government paying businesses to dictate what to say and control how you think. The businesses partnering with the United Nations are doing the same thing, indoctrinating you on Agenda 21 ideology.
Agenda 21: State Run Education & Child Care
In Chapter 24 of Agenda 21, which is mostly about women, there is one paragraph regarding education.
24.3. Governments should take active steps to implement the following:
(d) Programmes to promote the reduction of the heavy workload of women and girl children at home and outside throught the establishment of more and affordable nurseries and kindergartens by Governments, local authorities, employers and other relevant organizations and the sharing of household tasks by men and women on an equal basis.
Notice the promotion of state run nurseries and kindergartens. Are they talking about raising this child for the parents? Is this Russia? In his 2013 State of the Union address BHO proposed expanding programs to start a child's education at age 4 in preschool!
In the second to last paragraph of this New York Times article Officials said "the STATE!!! preschool programs would have to meet rigorous standards, hire highly qualified teachers and submit to assessment programs". Sounds like they want to extend Common Core to infants. None the less, BHO is doing his best to achieve this Agenda 21 goal even though no action has been taken.
Agenda 21 and Women's Birth Control
There is a connection to Agenda 21 and Obamacare, with a significant emphasis on women. Chapter 24 is devoted to women and health care. There are two particularly noteworthy paragraphs:
24.2.(g) To implement, as a matter of urgency, measures to ensure that women...have the...right to decide freely and responsibly the number and spacing of their children and have access to information, education and means, as appropriate, to enable them to exercise this right in keeping with their freedom, dignity and personally held values.
Now this particular paragraph references other countries but in the United States haven't women always held the freedom to choose the number of children they want? Is this right suddenly something the UN is going to grant to American women? With the Obamacare debate there was ongoing accusations that women's "right" to contraception was being taken away. But that isn't true, no one was taking that "right" away. The objection was that if a woman wanted contraception she should be responsible and pay for it herself. As we now know we are all paying for it and it is part of redistribution of wealth and social justice.
24.3 (e) Programmes to establish and strengthen preventive and curative health facilities, which include women-centred, women-managed, safe and effective reproductive health care and affordable, accessible, responsible planning of family size and services, as appropriate, in keeping with freedom, dignity and personally held values. Programmes should focus on providing comprehensive health care, including pre-natal care, education and information on health and responsible parenthood, and should provide the opportunity for all women to fully breastfeed at least during the first four months post-partum. Programmes should fully support women's productive and reproductive roles and well-being and should pay special attention to the need to provide equal and improved health care for all children and to reduce the risk of maternal and child mortality and sickness;
With Obamacare it is clear that this Agenda 21 goal has been activated. Everyone is now on the hook to pay for contraception, pre-natal and maternity care, preventive care for women's health issues, the promotion of breast feeding through advertising and the media, and although the government insists there is no tax payer money that funds abortions millions of dollars pour into Planned Parenthood through tax dollars and grants. How do they keep it all separate? Is the government inferring that Medicaid dollars don't pay for abortions so therefore our tax dollar doesn't pay for them? It is gracious of Agenda 21 to define how long a woman should breast feed, rather than that being a decision between her and her doctor.
Throughout the Agenda 21 document it talks about women in every chapter. Very little is mentioned about men. That is a curiosity about Agenda 21. It is if they are trying to diminish the role of men and the question as to why will be left up to the reader.
You may occasionally hear the term "civil society". President G.W. Bush used that term and you might see it in education material, among other places. It is a UN term but the U.S. Department of State also engages in activities related to civil societies.
Both are engaged in creating democracies across the world for "global leadership" as stated by Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Take note the next time you hear this term, who is saying it, the context in which it is being said, and give consideration to what it means for America.
